Fun fact: Person who started the store/brand rawat was the creator of pyaaz kachori!! And it's written just above the cash counter..
This Rawat sweets owner is from Jodhpur only and he got flopped in Jodhpur and set up his shop in Jaipur and as usual Jaipuris can eat anything tasteless so he got famous there.
So many overhyped restaurants in Jaipur RJ14, Dana Pani, Chhabra etc etc.
Jaipur janta love samosa and Kachori . When temperature hit even 45 . We still eat direct from karahi.

You missed to much other fabulous places of jaipur, jaipur is like I can't explain the beauty of our home town make sure guys you also check out some famous restaurants in vaishali nagar, chanpol etc. Literally I say that jaipur is fabulous place for it's beauty and food if suddenly we met somewhere I will surely give you the best tour of jaipur ever 😜
In recent times i think it's a bit commercialised.. It's turning metropolitan and now that varanasi type vibe is missing. Just my opinion though.

Try old nasik famous spots of snacks like sayantara vada, sangharsh samosa ,dahi bhalla near pa.sa.natyagruha ,budha halwai's sweets (kunda and batata jalebi) ,samarth pineapple juice, sanap chivda
my favourite kachori is still Ankurit kachori wala near Ahinsa Circle... their chutnies are mind blowing...
