I visited Jodhpur. It is beautiful city. Tried pyaz kachori in the market. Loved it. I googled recipe some Rajasthani people uploaded food videos used potatoes in the filling but I thought no potatoes needed. Maybe some other Rajasthani cities people use it for their pyaz kachori. I think this recipe is more specific to Jodhpur and it is delicious.

I had gone to Prayagraj(former Allahabad) last month, and i got a chance to have pyaz ki kachori at the Rajasthani food stall. It was tasty. And then arose the Bawarchi in me:*. I searched for the recipe, and of course, it definitely had to be you. So chef, today i finally made the kachoris, and they were superb and amazingly tasty. The credit surely goes to you. You know the fun part chef, i told about tha slurry hack to my mom and i tried it. It absolutely worked:) and secondly, woowww..meri kachori sach me phoool gayi thi, as you said in the video. No need cry while cutting onions, if you once wash with water after removing outer layer or cut onion into two pieces and wash once, no tears

Sir, just amazing😍.. I was been at Jodhpur at least 6 times, had this taste kachori, tried to know the recipe authentically but never successful.. Thank you so much dear Sir,, you know the best part is the' khasta wala sound'you did... 😂🤣.. And when you cut the kachori in two part.. Wow it was a beautiful presentation of a neatly prepared kachori-- filling was nicely spreading inside the pocket...the dough making tricks-- thanks a ton .. Love you Sir🙏
