In Karnataka (i.e.Gadag city) brinjal pakora are famous chef, you must try them👍 We eat brinjal pakora with girmitt (girmit is a puffed rice with lot of sev,chillies and onions)😋

@Ranveer ji can u please explain who came up with the term "pakora" & "Bajji" cos in the south it's quite opposite to what u mentioned. They call "Bajji as the fried veggies dipped in liquid batter" & "chopped veggies (mainly onion/spinach n sometimes even cashew) mixed with gram flour n rice flour with ginger, chilly n salt as Pakoda". So it will helpful if you can give us some history so i can arguably correct my family n friends :P

In mysuru, the use of terms bhajji, pakoda are reverse.. pakoda is lazy at our place..
My pakoras turned out to be too oily. 😢. I had to squeeze a lot of oil out of it.😢. Idk why it happened?
