WOW Chef! I am so happy to see that I make at least matching 90% recipe myself. The only difference here is instead of Sugar and Tomato, I put a tablespoon of ketchup, and one ingredient that I put is a tablespoon of Kasuri Methi. Rest everything is same. This is an AMAZING recipe and I 100% agree it tastes so good that people dont believe there is no onion, ginger and lots of masalas. Wow! That was my first reaction and was immediately attracted towards this recipe. I got the logic of this recipe and was so damn motivated by such a beautiful craft presented by ace chef Ranveer Brar that I cooked this for tonites dinner. Followed the recipe just like Ranveer's but with one addition of a small onion. Everything else was just the way the craftsman presented. I must say that I did myself proud.
