Guys idk why but Maharashtra ka spicy food is ignored to an extent that it doesn’t exists. Mumbai & Pune 2 mainstream cities aren't representing it. Vindaloo is the Indian (Goan) take on the Portuguese meat dish vinha d'alhos. Vinha means wine, and alhos means garlic. Goans replaced wine with palm vinegar in vindaloo.
