There's a spelling mistake in your background screen "babecue" instead of "barbecue". :) I did enjoy your demonstration of the griddle, I'll be getting one shortly.
Hi Daemon. well spotted, I am aware of the typo, however to correct it would mean re-editing the whole video which I'm unable to do. This video has been viewed 8161 times, and you are only the second person to inform me, whilst the same backdrop was used on two or three other videos it has now been corrected. It is really nice to know that my videos are viewed in detail, and I welcome any mistakes brought to my attention, after all I'm human. Many thanks for watching my channel.
Thanks for your comment its nice to hear from other Q users, I got it with a promotional discount voucher which came out of the blue from Weber. I have used it to cook Pea & Ham Fritters, and Salmon Burgers. Can't wait to see how much use it gets next summer.
Hi Keld, my Weber is a Q3200, I thought Danish bacon was top quality, we can get it in UK supermarkets, as I get all my meat from a local butcher its all local produce, or so he says. Many thanks for your comment and watching my video. Cheers.
Thanks mate, do have a look at some of the other videos on my channel, you will see the vast majority of stuff is cooked with the lid closed, however there are some foods you need to keep your eye on, many cooked on the griddle. Having the lid closed on the Weber Q is not a hard and fast rule, something I picked up from the instructor on a Weber course I attended some ten years ago, when I first got my Q3200. Keep watching my videos there's some great stuff coming up.
Welcome back, warm weather and grilling season!
Many thanks for your comment, sure is nice to have the Q out on the patio, goes well with a bit of sunshine.
Looking forward to seeing what you cook on this next.
Hi Simon thank you for your comment, my next video is in production and you can eggspect something tasty and delicious.
Hi Willy! I've noticed that your Weber Q is always so clean! Could you please do a video on how you clean it and what you use to clean it?
Hi Justin, thanks for your comment, will do keep watching.
Forget how to clean his weber, look how green n lush his grass is 💯🫶🏼

Old Dane: I wish that we could get that quality of bacon in Denmark. Weber-model?

Too much heat mate,
I would turn it down 1/4 and let it simmer crisp
Hi there, many thanks I'll give it a try.
Sorry Mate, but your doing it wrong. The weber Q is designed to cook everything with the lid closed.
