- Hey Everyone! In today's episode of the daily vlog we start the day off on our 1994 Beneteau 510 Sailboat anchored in Marigot Bay, Sint Maarten. Hurricane season is intensifying, so after some time ashore, prepping for departure, and clearing out with immigration, we set sail for a short offshore passage to the Caribbean's most exclusive and luxurious island, St. Barths. I'm so excited to share the journey with you. Thanks for traveling with me!!!

No one that i've come across is doing this type of thing, probably due to the amount of work, it is pretty interesting to see the daily grind and fun. I hope you will be rewarded for this time you are doing the daily vlog with a boost in your membership and getting sponsors.

at 1:41 we see one of the most badass looking cops I have seen. Just had to mention it!
I saw him coming down the street and low-key pulled out my camera so fast like this guy HAS to be in the vlog! Glad you noticed!
Loving the daily vlogs! St Barth is amazing - was just there in April. Gotta rent a scooter or ATV and circumnavigate the island!
This is one of my favorite places I've ever been I'm so happy to be back! Your videos of your trip were awesome! I'm thinking tomorrow I'm gonna run around the island lol. not kidding.
@@ChasingGrace21 yaassss!
Thanks!
WOW! Thank you so much! Made my day!
Love this, just found you and find it so relaxing to watch .
Wondering about weather living full time and what happens when it's rough for the pup ? Also what's your instagram ??

Hey! Glad you found me and thank you so much! Weather has a MASSIVE impact on your life when living aboard. Sometimes I'm very uncomfortable and sometime I'm down right terrified. BUT those beautiful sunny days make it all worth it. Being immersed in nature comes with the cost of depending on nature and it's a difficult adjustment.
Charlie is great on the boat and sleeps through almost anything. That being said when its rough, he demands on being in someone's lap lol
on Instagram I'm @chase_lemacks if you look back in my reels, I daily vlogged the renovation of Grace on Instagram and I think you might enjoy a binge
cheers
The iguana jumpscare 😂 the check in/out process is interesting. So anytime you visit a port or set anchor, you must check in to the marina?
yes just like if you were flying, except no one checks your bags. Each country has a different process/rules/prices. Pretty easy to figure it all out. There's an app called navionics, like google maps for sailors, and everyone leaves reviews/tips on there and it makes it easy to figure out where to go for check in :)
@ChasingGrace21 Wow! I want to try this out one day soon. There's so much to learn lol
Day 1 of asking you to do a backflip into the water
hahaha keep it going :)
Awesome , I will binge for sure , Chase may I ask how many times you have circled the sun ?
Cheers 🫶🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🫶
27 so far
@@ChasingGrace21 so I just watched the new video in St Barts and you talked about how much you enjoyed working on my friends charter
Nancy Rogers , she is a big supporter of my spin studio in Dallas . So fun to know this and what a small world .

Chase my recommendation for yt is make some more tutorials and how to videos on sailing and living abroad a sail boat they seem to get alot of views!
Thanks! I really appreciate the advice! I'm thinking I'm gonna do everything in a "vlog" format for a while but it will include how to's, life advice, diy projects, and just the travel itself. Hoping I can deliver all of that wrapped in a little day long story bundle. I don't know. lol Thanks again! Keep the advice coming please
@@ChasingGrace21 ofc no disrespect!
@@ChasingGrace21 vlogs are great keep them coming!
My two favorite pirates ❤️🌭
argh ;)
are you picking up flags for all the countries you visit?
I wish! I have often wanted to buy some just for collection sake but they can be really expensive and courtesy flags haven't been enforced as a requirement from what I've seen so far. One day I'll catch up and buy them all so I can string them from the mast on my return to Charleston!
btw, Patreon is being a little bitch and not updating my billing info. I'll have a talk with them tomorrow
No worries at all! Sorry for the inconvenience!
@@ChasingGrace21 I think it's the CrowdStrike outage that's blocking the payment
Thanks!
Wow wow wow! Thank you so much! Paying for my caffeine today! Thank you!
