What does it mean in the last part, where he explains by comparison to the Jewish man?
it means that a kafir no matter what happens to him in this life it is paradise for him compared to the hellfire he will taste in the hereafter.
But for a beleiver even if he has a good life in this dunya, it is still a prison compared to the reward Allah will give him in the akhira.
