Jazak'allah Khair for your good work, it really helps me stay on the right path and help other brothers be on the right path. May Allah reward you bro.
I need to be advised on a matter. What is your advice for someone afflicted with evil thoughts during Salah time and reading Quran because these thoughts happen to me and I dislike them very much and I fear the results of it.
Do ruqyah on yourself and listen Recite Surah Nas and Falaq, Ayatul Kursi, Al Fatiha over water and drink it Rub Olive oil over your body Put your trust in Allah and ask him to remove the waswas
Do what our brother say and do ruqya on yourself everyday. Also It is Sunnah for the one who is praying, if he notices the whisper of the Shaytaan during his prayer, to seek refuge with Allah from him and to turn his head only, then spit dryly to his left three times, because of the report narrated by Muslim (2203) from ‘Uthmaan ibn Abi’l-‘Aas (may Allah be pleased with him), according to which he came to the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allaah, the shaytaan interferes between me and my prayer and my recitation, and he makes me confused. The Messenger of Allaah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “That is a devil called Khinzab. If you feel that, then seek refuge with Allaah from him and spit dryly to your left three times.” He said: I did that and Allaah took him away from me..

It will make you stronger and give you relief. The best thing with regards to these whispers of shaytaan (or, bad thoughts) is to not pay those any attention. If any such thought comes to your mind, say to yourself, "I believe in Allah and I fear Allah." and seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Shaytaan. You will find that these thoughts will go away and your imaan will increase in shaa Allah.
