    That Spunk Shad 5.5 looks amazing in my opinion, as well as the Zoom Super Fluke and the Yamamoto Cowboy were my favs. Awesome video guys!!! The underwater footage is some of my favorite TB videos. It teaches us so much about the baits we throw. Thanks for taking the time to make these videos. Best on YT for sure!!! 👍🏻🤘🏻👌🏻👊🏻🎣🐟💯

    One of my new found favorites is the zoom fluke stick. Randomly decided to try it bc I had a few used ones laying in the boat bc I save them for ned rigs but a zoom fluke stick trimmed down and on a chatter bait has a great action and for when you want a smaller less bulky profile making the fluke stick more versatile of a bait

    I found the best chatterbait trailer by far : black minnow’s body. It kicks fast like the blade, send light flashes with its flat sides... it over performs swim senko, easyshinners by a magnitude of ten. Crazy. The blue back or blue back chartreuse is my all time favorite on whiteish chatters.

  • @Timmerman0602
    @Timmerman0602 3 года назад +6

    As a replacement for the zoom super fluke, you should try the Zman “jerk shad” or “streak”. It has a softer body which gives it more action, and 20x the durability. Tight lines 💪🏼

    The fluke has been my favorite trailer since I haven’t been able to pick up some spunk shads... (or I just keep forgetting 🙄😅) they haven’t been torn up too bad, but it could be the way the fish eat the bait... either way the blue spunk Shad and the pearl colors look ridiculously good. And for the craws I was noticing that the rage menace, while having less kicking action did give the bait a lot of rolling action, much like you go for in a swim jig

    Good video. I learned a thing or two, even though I'm not a tournament bass fisherman. If I was trying to win a contest, I'd do exactly as you suggest, but I have my own suggestions how to maximize your fish catching. 1) Fish as often as you possibly can to stay 'in practice'. 2) You don't have to have a boat, but it helps a lot. 3) Keep your tackle in well maintained condition regardless how high or low quality it is. 4) Keep your bait/lure in the water as much as possible. 5) Don't do tackle prep in the boat. Do as much rigging at home as you can. Don't make the fish wait for you to get it together.
