Thank you. Money Heist is awesome and very popular, I really enjoy that series very much. I started on Rugal but just a few episode. It's a good and interesting movie and my daughters loves the show. 😂😂
Hi snk, thank you for the question 😄 Onion oil is strongly recommended for this dish as it gives out the fragrance and depth of flavour for the Wantan Mee. A good substitute would be garlic oil as it gives out a similar fragrance and taste. Corn oil can also be used; do note that it will not contribute to the fragrance and taste of the Wantan Mee. However, it will help with ensuring the noodles do not stick together. Hope it helps 😄
@@HomeCookingwithSomjit thank you so much for the reply and the video! planning to make it this weekend following ur tutorial and will try to find the onion oil hehe ❤️❤️
Hi snk, thank you for trying this recipe 😄 I always make my own onion oil; here's my recipe: ruclips.net/video/kdHj6D0qPxI/видео.html . I'm sure your wonton noodles will turn out perfect! Happy cooking 😄
Hi Kim Yap. Thank you for the feedback. Actually, I am just sharing how I cook dishes at home for my family. Some may not be authentic, but it's delicious. Appreciate your concern. Thank you 🙏🙏
Thanks, Somjit. I’ve always wondered how to make the sauce for the dry version.
Thank you for the comment. The sauce recipe has been simplified - but it is still tasty! Most importantly No MSG. Hope you like it :)

Why hot and cold water?
Hi NaNa Mei. To stop the cooking process so that noodle will not continue to cook with the residual heat and become too soggy. I hope this help 😀😀
Why so many times put it in hot and cold🤔
@shantymariappan6342. For better texture of noodles. Thank you for the question. 😊
hi! is the onion oil optional? can i use corn oil instead
