I love Taiwanese food. Wonton soup is my favorite with egg noodles. I made Taiwanese style rice cakes and my family loves it. My family tradition is making dumplings shaped like roses passed down by my late grandmother . Rest In Peace A’Ma

我是福建人住在新加坡,我们不管是是煮面汤,面粉果汤或是煮虾面汤,首先我们都会先用猪大骨加炸香的江鱼仔和不剥皮蒜头一起成熬汤，而虾面汤是用大头骨加上大地鱼干和炒香的虾壳敲碎再耒熬煮做成汤底,这样的汤底很鲜甜又好吃,我发现大陸人的汤底都是用白水煮的.
