    Exactly. He wanted to fulfil his ambitions and he was lucky enough to have parents who encouraged him. I'd do exactly the same for my kids. it's no more dangerous than many other sports and it teaches discipline and self-discipline. I may be old-fashioned, but I think that is good.

    The Wai Kru is a form of respect to trainers, Gym and the sport - you dont have to be born in a certain country or certain race to do this.

    I know it is a form of respect to the trainers, don't misunderstood me this kid is awesome, but I think the wai kru is for the thai people :)

    Jon has amazing talent,he can do it all take opponents apart with kicks and punches and can Brawl too as we saw it in Round 5,Great foot work and kicking technic!!!Although If I may say something and please don't misunderstood me I don't try to be a smart ass!The one thing I would tell him as a coach is to get used to keeping his left hand up coz he's vulnerable to the Right Hook and straight righ,especially when he's moving foreward!Thank you great videos keep'em coming!!!

I think he surprised eberyone with that great spinning back kick. Bright futer for him if he keeps it up....next Dekkers!

    The Music is part of Muay Thai!Without it it isn't even real.Now they play the music everywhere around the World during Muay Thay tournaments! I couldn't even watch Muay Thai without it!!! Mind as well watch K-1 Kick boxing!! If you appreciated the spiritual part of Muay Thai than you would appreciate the Music!!! But I guess Muy Thai isn't for everyone!

    T5o me these are great Parents! I think the parents who feed their Kids with McDonald Garbage and Candy Bars,and let their Children sit front of Computers and Games all day are the Irresponsible bad Parents,These guys are great.They made their Boy's dream come through! I bet you this kid will be a Star if he stays with it and it 's coz of his Parents!You just keep raising your kid your way but don't judge others coz they're different than you're!

      jozsefkacsa i bet you he didn’t chooss this sport himself and his parents decided it for him also yeah muay thai training is good for you but at this age getting kicks to the head is very bad for development and a dumb idea from the parents

  • @taxationistheft2.0

    Grown men know the consequences. Little kids don't, why would you risk your kids health? When hes 18 have at it.

  • @ddbarton29
    @ddbarton29 12 лет назад

    I think if the kids want to do it, let them. No worse than playing football...and I doubt they are fighting every week. Hard sparring in training is where the damage all the complainers are worried about would come from, which is why I am sure they use headgear and such for sparring.

  • @jozsefkacsa

    No it's not if the kid wants to be a fighter,better find out in an Early age what it is to take a punch and a kick!!!.I'm sure this kid want to be a Muay Thai fighter,I don't believe his parents forcing him to be one And yes I looked it up he asked his Parents as a Christmas Present! I think the Parents are great they realize that even a 9 yr old Child can have Dreams.Ppl like you are just talking shit!There are no Child ever seriously hurt in any Combat Sport!

  • @jozsefkacsa
    @jozsefkacsa 11 лет назад

    Why would he lie?? Do you really believe that the Kid's Parents are forcing him to go to Thailand and Fight pro?So they can take the the 2000 Thai Baht he made which is about 65 dollars? And they paid 5000 dollars for Plane ticket for the family plus training and room and board!Yeah that makes sense!
