- We often hate the healthier versions of our favorite bad foods but when I tell you Marvin has perfect the healthy crab cake, you just have to shut up and try it!

Grocery List:
1 lb blue crab meat, lump
1/4 lb shrimp, seared and chopped
1-2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning (plus more for the shrimp)
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tsp galic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp yellow mustard
1/8 to 1/4 cup mayo
1/8 to 1/4 Italian bread crumbs
Olive oil
Lemon juice Хобби

I recommend using flour when checking oil heat when deep frying. It's a little safer than water.lol Just put your fingers in the flour you've been using to toss fish, chicken, etc and flick your fingers above the oil. It'll sizzle like the food you plan on frying.

Old Bay is the swiss army knife of cooking. You can pretty much fit it into anything if you do it just right.
