Direct Watercolor Sketching [about the Power of Simple Expression from "The Art Spirit" book]

In this video I will be sketching with watercolor, directly with the brush, a nice little scene of a woman enjoying her time under a red umbrella, in Stockholm.
The purpose of this approach of sketching directly in watercolor with the brush is to practice simple expression, to achieve better brush control and have fun painting in a quick and loose way.

I just finished reading The Art Spirit by Robert Henri and this book had a great impact for me. In this book, Robert Henri talks, between many things, about the power of simple expression.
