If you're not living in Goodwill you won't find enough to make this kind of money. All of the other thrifts pull it and mark it up. These tactics would work if you were the only flipper in your town and spent 6 hours a day shopping. I tried it, made 2k in my first two weeks, then everything that wasn't the cream of the crop just sat. And you can't find enough cream of the crop without..... Back to the beginning.
You have to make up in your mind that you’ll have to drive farther to source. It’s doable. Most jobs you have to work 8-12 hours so it’s no different if you’re trying to make more than a living. They’re not just getting lucky. It’s a lot of work

Do you have a video that highlights how your inventory system works? Also, when your husband hands you a white package to label, how do you know which one is inside? Is that just because both of you have sorted by your custom SKU on your screens. Ever had any mix ups. And I’m assuming the custom SKU has something to do with your inventory system lol I find it fascinating when resellers are so organized and it is very inspirational. Think it’s much easier with clothes because of the way you can fold them and put them in the filing boxes. I’ve got to come up with a system for my hard goods. Thank you. Welcome! Since we sell pants mainly, we’ve found that folding the items helps keep them from getting weird wrinkles in them. They sit folded in the queue for at least a day so the pressure of other jeans just does it’s magic lol 🤷♀️
Can you do a video on key words on title to generate sales, if you do? Also, what is your EBay store so that I can see the setup. We have going on 2000 items list upload of 20 items a day with no sales

It makes sense, I hear it as well and I can attribute it to when I was broke, the idea of making 100k was crazy, then I remember a reseller said he sold 200k in one year and I saw it as a possibility but internally and subconsciously I didnt really believe it, I thought it was insane to make that much through ebay. I think most people just choose to not believe its possible, therefore they dont put the necessary effort to get the result. Now I see the world and my potential differently, and I'm sure you guys do as well. Money is not everything but experiencing this success allows us to do more with our time and with our loved one's. I wrote this in hopes that it helps a random person to strive to get out of that self-imposed ceiling. 2024 is going to be sick LFG 🏂
Yea! Since I sell most of the same things and my store economy is large, I can usually snag the price off an old listing. I do still look up prices on some odd ball items though.

You mentioned its Saturday. Do you guys maintain a draft bank or are you actively doing your 4 hour eBay day 7 days a week? Also, I respect the fact that you have second coffee in a lot of your videos. We have young kids too and I'm already on second coffee at 6:31am. Its possible that I had 3rd and 4th coffee yesterday.
If we know we’re going to have an eventful weekend, we’ll plan ahead for it and draft for it. Other than that, we are most likely to not source on Sundays and only a little on Saturday. We don’t usually do packages on Saturday unless there’s already a lot. But we definitely photo and list on the weekends.
Nice systems and a very well put together video. Have you guys thought about just looking for the Patagonia and made in USA Nike vintage items you found and just leave the other pile at the stores? Then spending time to go to more stores and find 7 more items like the three bangers you found. This would then be a $1000 profit day. I know it is easy to say that in the comments versus real life but just a thought? Then you could lower your work load and make more by doing less. This would also eliminate death pile or very low profit items in your store.
That's definitely a good thought about work load and profit margin balance. In our main category, jeans, there aren't as many banger items out there like the Patagonia or vintage nike. So we rely on the consistency that jeans brings in every day to pay our bills and view the bangers as bonus items at this point. 😊

I LOVE your videos! Quick question. When you're listing, how do you know which photos go with which listings. Are the photos identified with the sku somehow and how do you know the description of each item? I would get all mixed up!
Thank you! We take a photo of the sku number after we photo the item that way the number and item photos stick together. Then when I make my listing, I have the sku number photo right there to input into the listing :)
Just depends on the day and where we are sourcing! If we get it all from the Goodwill bins, we spend $3/pair. If we shop at the stores, we spend an average of $6-8

Just discovered your channel and loving your content.I take photos with a Samsung Galaxy as well and always have issues capturing the correct shade of blue when photographing jeans.Do you guys have a hack for that or am I just being too picky with my photos?
If you shoot in pro mode, you should have options pop up to change ISO and such. That’s what we did to get a generally balanced color that represented the jeans. Haven’t had any complaints about coloring discrepancies so far!

Just discovered your channel and loving your content.I take photos with a Samsung Galaxy as well and always have issues capturing the correct shade of blue when photographing jeans.Do you guys have a hack for that or am I just being too picky with my photos?
If you shoot in pro mode, you should have options pop up to change ISO and such. That’s what we did to get a generally balanced color that represented the jeans. Haven’t had any complaints about coloring discrepancies so far!
