WHY AM I ALWAYS TIRED:
Feeling exhausted is so common that it has its own acronym, TATT, which stands for "tired all the time".
But tiredness or exhaustion that goes on for a long time is not normal. It can affect your ability to get on and enjoy your life. Unexplained tiredness is one of the most common reasons for people to see their GP.
PHYSICAL CAUSES OF TIREDNESS:
There are several health conditions that can make you feel tired or exhausted.
These include:
• Anaemia
• Underactive thyroid
• Sleep apnoea
Tiredness can also be the result of:
• Pregnancy - particularly in the first 12 weeks
• Being overweight or obese - your body has to work harder to do everyday activities
• Being underweight - poor muscle strength can make you tire more easily
• Cancer treatments, such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy
• Carbon monoxide poisoning - especially if your gas boiler has not been serviced regularly
• Side effects of medicines and some herbal remedies
If you have been feeling constantly tired for more than 4 weeks, it's a good idea to see your GP so they can confirm or rule out a medical condition that could be causing your tiredness.

LIFESTYLE CAUSES OF TIREDNESS:
In today's 24/7 "always on" world, we often try to cram too much into our daily lives.
And to try to stay on top of things, we sometimes consume too much alcohol or caffeine, or eat sugary and high-fat snacks on the go rather than sitting down for a proper meal.
The main lifestyle causes of tiredness include:
Healthy and Balance Diet
Keep up your energy levels by following a healthy, balanced diet.

Alcohol
Drinking too much interferes with the quality of your sleep. Stick to the guidelines of no more than 14 units a week for both men and women.
Exercise

Caffeine
Too much of this stimulant, found in tea, coffee, colas and energy drinks, can upset sleep and make you feel wound-up as well as tired.
Try decaffeinated tea and coffee, or gradually cut out caffeine altogether.

Night shifts
Night workers often find they get tired more easily. This is more likely if the timing of the shifts keeps changing.
Daytime naps/Enough sleep

IRON RICH FOODS:
Here are a few example of iron rich foods,
• Dark-green leafy vegetables, such as watercress and curly kale
• Iron-fortified cereals or bread
• Pulses and beans
• Nuts and seeds
• Meat and fish
• Eggs
• Dried fruit

@@conman20000 you should go to doc then, and also make sure ur not cutting Calories to lose weight, remember don't cut calories but rather eat the full amount of calories and afterburn them with the exercise which is the healthy way.
3 minutes 50 into this video and I realize how bad my choices have been. I'm here because I constantly find myself with very little energy for work and always seem to be fighting off fatigue. Thanks for the tips.

Yes sir every time I get up out of bed it feels like I’m getting out of a rocky Bamboa fight it’s hard to get up I feel sluggish & the veins in my head feel like they r bleeding so I go back 2 bed instead of start the day of my routine I really want my energy back I hope this works out sir i wanna feel like Angus Young on the guitar again,

Great video! :) I also would like to mention that developing a sleeping pattern (you go to sleep and wake up every day at the same time) and avoiding bad habits like drinking alcohol can improve your energy level.

Hey Abrahama, I do everything your saying in the right way and I feel normal and energized during the day, but when I want to do workouts I feel tired after a few push ups, while I can normally do a lot. I eat healthy and sleep well, but could feeling emotional not 100% be a reason to be tired fast?
Speaking from experience your mood can definitely effect your energy. Being depressed can make you loose a lot of motivation

I only drink 0,5 liter-1liter water everyday. I am 14 years old. My weight is 68kg. I am 180cm(5ft11). Is that the reason why I feel tired?

How do I excercise (walk/jog) outside with a strong pollen allergy? Because I am severely allergic to pollen and the antihistamine makes me tired as well.

Drink clean water only , then practice holding for longer each time , sickness is the biggest industry , toxins in everything we touch , eat , drink and breathe , unless its not , good luck with that
My husband has the same issue. He’s found that his bladder usually adapts after a week of drinking more water, so you might try easing into it

I think over time you need coffee just to maintain normal energy levels if you drink it every day. Your body has no natural energy because it relies on caffeine so caffeine just makes you not tired. Or at least thats the point im at.
