Introducing your future woman to your mother (vice versa, future husband to father) is a pivotal moment. Being a woman, she can spot the flaws & red flags of women far more than a man. eg. It is Western culture that is broken. When women glamorize being single, having a career and making money plus have the “you go girl” mentality, of course she will be miserable to deal with and certainly not a woman I would be willing to risk my future, and any children, with. Men, unfortunately, have to deal with the penalties of selecting one of these women while she is rewarded for her poor choices.

I visited 4 countries before I found one that fit my needs. Then visit that country a few times and experience the culture. Look into the laws, taxes and so on. Unfortunately almost all men would rather deal with “good enough” rather than go beyond and put in the work.

When I looked into this, there were a few articles and the hospitals position flat out was "Best interests of the child", which means that Dad is there even if he isn't the actual father. It doesn't matter about the truth. It doesn't matter about what's right. They will do everything in their power to keep the information from the Dad. So if you think doctors will help you, or have some obligation to tell you the truth, they absolutely do not and in all likelihood will never tell you. This is why it pays to be aware of these things. Some guys might think, oh we all did blood screenings for this genetic issue with our baby, they would have said something.
    Nope.
Absolutely not. They won't tell you. They won't lie to you. So they might say "You aren't a donor" but they won't ever expose the mother. Also during birth they will try everything in their power to get you to sign that birth certificate. Don't think they will support you if you say you want a paternity test. They will side with the mom and hit you with every emotional attack to get you to sign it. Guilt. Shame. The works.
If you want to do a paternity test, you need to figure that out early. You need to decide if you're going to tell her or keep it secret. You need to check your local laws. In Quebec, you have less than 90 days to contest paternity in a marriage, otherwise nothing can release you, not even DNA. Do your research. Take the time to figure this stuff out if you're going to deal with women.

I recently had the same thought on how to fix divorce. Here is my suggestion. Get a couple of Men's rights attorneys together and have them put together a GENDER NEUTRAL pre-nuptial agreement that addresses all of these issues that Rich raises. Make sure it's legally tested by compiling Prenups that passed the test in court trials. Put together a tutorial on what has to occur in order for a prenup to be considered binding at trial. Have a youtube video link showing this in that tutorial. It's more complicated than just having her sign it.
A contract that is gender neutral and that treats both parties fairly based on what they brought into the marriage as well as removing incentives for which ever party brings the divorce, would "more likely" be viewed as unbiased towards either party.
If we can get such a prenup available and eventually widely adopted, we have a much better chance of having this divorce methodology adopted by the courts "eventually". In the meantime, we can protect men by having them execute prenups in a manner that are almost guaranteed to be upheld in a divorce action.
If the bride to be doesn't want to sign one, at least the man knows that he chose to remain single wisely.

    • @GBU61
      @GBU61 Год назад

Marriage as it is viewed today has not kept up with modern realities. A prenup will work as long as it follows certain procedures of that state/province. I agree your suggestion has merit but the bigger issue is the overall system that feeds off vulnerable men. She holds the leverage and, as too many men have learned, her promises can not be enforced in court. Love…what is that? Cleaning, cooking, laundry….he can do that without her.

And consult an attorney before you get married. It is a contract at the end of the day, and knowing the laws of the state you are getting married in is important as well because that could impact divorce decrees later on.

Remember, laws can be passed later that you are made subject to. All those men that got married in the 50s when divorce required that fault be proven were still subject to the new no-fault divorce laws.

I can only speak from experience, but when I divorced my first husband, I didn’t ask for any alimony. I was an RN, worked in the OR and made good money. I just needed our house to live in. We had three children, all in their teen years, so that was critical. The truth be known, my husband revealed to me later he was positive I would never agree to the terms. He did not want the divorce. I remember the Judge asking me if I did agreed to these terms. We had been married 19 years and had financial resources, a business, etc. But I knew I couldn’t stay married to him. The Bible says, be not unevenly matched, and we were! I’m not sure if that’s the direct quota. I would need to ask my youngest daughter ❤. She is the Biblical scholar in our family.

I would start by requiring a prenup and the initial marriage license should expire after 3 years. As part of the prenup add “an escape clause” which allows him to end the marriage prior to the end of the “contract”. If, at the end of the term, either side can file the fee and the divorce is granted. No lawyers, no courts, no legal problems. This would keep her in check since she knows he can leave at the end of the term. If they choose to continue, the original prenup stays in effect unless a major change occurs (children or purchase a home). Determining the Alimony Amount:
Suppose the prenup specifies 20% of your annual income for alimony.
    Annual income = $160,000
    20% of $160,000 = $32,000 per year
    Monthly alimony payment = $32,000 / 12 = $2,666.67
    Duration of Alimony:
If the marriage lasted 5 years, and alimony is to be paid for half the duration of the marriage:
Duration of alimony = 5 years / 2 = 2.5 years (30 months). The state thinks 20% is fair but length can be enforced in the prenup. A signed letter of understanding from both parties is required. She understands what is in the prenup. That she signed with a sound mind. That she does not have a mental illness or prenup might be dismissed or forced to sign.

An audit and accounting of every dollar and penny should be required by law for woman receiving child support/alimony. Any descrepency above 1 cent becomes grounds for complete forfeiture of said child support/alimony. Also discrepency should be treated as fraud and punishable by a prison sentence and custody revoked. Take away the incentive to get "free" money by the woman. She will ALWAYS be accountable for the money, just like the man is required to do. With great power comes great responsibility!

I agree with all of this except your remarks on the "Pink Pill women." I, for one, am grateful that we're finally seeing some women bringing attention to it and are at least taking the first steps towards getting the ball rolling. All revolutions start at the bottom. Unbeknownst to most people, significant movements that have impacted the course of human history had their seeds planted decades earlier. The concept of democracy didn't begin fully formed in 1776. Communism wasn't a totally unknown idea until 1917. Woman's suffrage wasn't birthed in 1919. These things take time.
So while I agree there isn't a groundswell of women picketing and demonstrating on behalf of marriage and divorce laws right now, it doesn't mean it's a lost cause and we should just tune them out. Limited influence is still better than zero influence.
I don't consider Red Pill women insincere grifters exploiting a male audience for money. Women are not that strategic typically. These women also receive enormous backlash from other women outraged by their comments. Women typically fold when placed under social pressure. The fact these women haven't backed down in the face of these enraged women tells me these are their genuine beliefs and principles. It says a lot when a woman is willing to endure the slings and arrows of holding these positions.

I am 100% for marriage, and I also 100% endorse the 5 changes to divorce law. The law makes no sense if you want to encourage marriage, which is nearly always the best way to ensure kids are brought up right. Change these laws, and at the same time strengthen laws against abusive/violent/narcissistic men/women who ruin marriages. But I agree, it will never happen, and so we see the decline of Western civilisation. Enjoy the decline? That sucks for our grandchildren.

Most of this is already true or mostly true in the netherlands and marriage isn't fixed. Default 50/50 custody check, division of assets is optional to choose in the start of the marriage (and even the default division of assets is only what came after marriage), Child support is much less and closer to what a child needs (though not perfect), and you can have a contract called the "samenlevingscontract" or a contract for living together to avoid marriage and alimony all together while still keeping all the rules of marriage (plenty of people do that instead).
None of this has fixed marriage. Sure it isn't the hellhole of the US, but at its core the ability to leave a marriage without good reason is what destroys marriage. The whole point is that you're stuck together so you have to figure out your life together. That way you want the best for your partner because you can't bail out halfway, so you'll be stuck with whatever misery they suffer / you cause them.
And if they're stupid enough to not realize that the first 5 years they'll keep being miserable and getting advice until they do get it. All while being an example for others to learn from (don't be a b to your partner or else you'll suffer for years).
The only real reasons for divorce are reasons such as infidelity, serious threats of physical harm, or inability to have children (as that's in the end the point of marriage for society, though not for the individual).

Gentlemen, I have a fix. I'm currently drawing up plans to build a large, mobile, island in the Gulf of Mexico. So long as you can pass initial vetting, supply your own approved materials and the required engineered flotation, and contribute to island maintenance you may build onto the island and reside there for a minimum secondary vetting period at the completion of which you will receive citizenship.
This will be a toxic man camp with all of the vices and virtues associated. Engineers, architects, construction managers, medical professionals, and all those with valuable contributions to mankind are encouraged to apply. Women may only reside on a temporary visa under the sponsorship of a male resident.
Once structurally large enough, we will tow into the Mid-Atlantic and register as The Republic of New Atlantis.
Seriously though. Elon if you're reading this....

As per famous divorce lawyer James J. Sexton, at present rate, 56% of marriages end in divorce. Another 20 - 25% marriages are merely continuing for the sake of children, or they can not afford the divorce. So that's like only 20% marriages are continuing in a healthy way. That's a pretty bad situation. That's a pretty bad deal. If you are about to jump from a plane & get to know that the odds of parachute deployment is only 20%, will you jump??? Like Rich pointed out, unless there are drastic changes in marriage & divorce law, getting married is a very dumb option.

I would add one more: eliminate state and company pension.
People use to have a lot of kids and put effort in raising them because their future was depended on it. The simple correlation was: "when something will go wrong my kid will support me". That's why they cared about ethics, proper values, culture, marriage, family, living in a community. Nowadays we are being told that the government will take care of us and what are the results? Just look at Italy and Japan (among others). There are no taxpayers being born to secure the pension, yet everyone ignores it.
Think about it. Who introduced state pension? For what reasons? What were the consequences? How did families live before the pension was introduced?

This is why I get so angry. Many of the most prominent gurus of the Red Pill - or whatever I'm supposed to call it this week because reasons - have mocked, denigrated, attacked and dismissed the Men's Rights Movement for years, and here we are with one of those gurus who mocked and ridiculed making a post that is exactly equivalent to what the Men's Rights activists have been saying for years. Rollo recently had a guest, talking about the same things in the same way, yet Rollo has been vicious in his denouncement of the Men's Rights Movement. HYPOCRITES.
So my conclusion is that it's ok to ridicule and mock people who say something that doesn't perfectly align with your point-of-view until you come to the same conclusion and say it. Then it's golden.

No, when you choose to leave the marriage, your standard of living may fall, by your choice. Costner's ex gets 129,000 a month. It doesn't cost 129,000 a monthe to feed, clothe, and house 3 kids.

I was at the court for some bs proceeding. We were waiting for this woman who brought an urgent motion to get money from her long-term husband. They both had a business that they wound up and shut down. Their only asset was their house which they were selling but didn't get the money yet. He didn't have an income either and there she was paying a lawyer to take his ass to court to give her an income. I guess it never occurred to her that she could work at McDonalds or, even better, another business in the same market as their business. So why is he paying for her in court? Is it because he bagged money that was rightfully hers? If the only money left was the house, then that theory is off. Where, then, did the money come from to hire a lawyer? Or is it that he had her for her prime years and now she has no value so he should pay? Doesn't that also go against femanist theory that women who are older are not worthless or have the ability to make their own living? Its like the legal system is doing everything in a vacuum as if women have no power so the man has to pay even if he's also broke. Strange deformity of human society.

    @bedroo222222 Год назад +2

This is not legal advice. You can take care of 1-4 . Tennessee has a mandatory paternity testing. Florida now has a default 50/50 custody . A Prenup ( and no , it doesn't get thrown out if done right ) can eliminate alimony , attorney's fee and can protect your net worth during the marriage as well. Child support is the only thing that is out of your control , but depending on the state , roughly you'll pay 17% for the first child and 25% for two children based on the difference of both of your incomes. I hate to say it , but if you don't want to pay child support, mate with someone who is making the same amount as you .
And for those who think Islam has it , Lemme tell you why it's even a worst deal there. Feminism has reached most of the middle east with the exception of a few countries. You as a man are required by LAW ( that's right) to provide. She is not required to do shit at the house . Most women there nowadays grew up spoiled, they had their education and mostly working their 9-5 . They see women who cater to their husbands as slaves. They want you to provide for everything including bringing a full time maid to do her supposedly wife duty . If you think you're getting a virgin , good luck. You will find out the true meaning of your money is hers and her money is hers. Doesn't matter how much money she makes, she can still use the law to make you pay for everything. You divorce , you pay alimony for a few months and you pay child support until the kids are grown ( based on your income as well, not the need of the child). You have to provide a home for her. Custody automatically goes to the mother. The only good thing is that there is no division of assets.

Hi rich, I'm a lawyer in small 3.5 million country of eastern europe, called Georgia. All of those laws are in charge here, but we still have the divorce rate of 65%..., because of my law practice and also Red Pill, even tho I found the girl who fits all the Green flag, Red flag list, I still kinda refuse to marry her, because of all the things you and red pill teaches, can you suggest what can be done to replace the marriage, when you want living together and having children with her. Btw here, marriage only exists when two people sign legal documents, it means if you have children and live with the woman for 50 years, but have never signed documents for marriage, you are not considered wife and a husband, just random people who have mutual kids. With what should I replace marriage to have kids and normal life with the woman I love and consider very good candidate.

I would say no division of assets for petitioning divorcer. I'm not sure how you say no division of assets when both names are on the deed or title. I have a mess of vehicles in my name only (classic car gifted to me by my father) and they are mine, but our home is in both our names. Ironically in Oklahoma if you are married both names of a married couple are required on the deed. Honestly I am fine with that, but if my wife decides to petition for divorce she shouldn't be qualified for a piece of my retirement or the house and land.
