I fish for Crappie, walleye and perch but enjoy catching the occasional big pike for the table as well. See huge muskies while fishing at Glendale that my equipment wouldn't be able to handle... especially around the bridge...you know where. I don't think anyone would believe how big a couple of those muskies are in that area but one scared my fearless buddy and he won't fish there anymore. Nuff Said.

Wow it's been a minute since I seen a video from you. You gonna film all species vids or just musky? Just wondering. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

I subscribed to your channel a while back. You do a great job of sitting at a desk and promoting fishing tackle. I fish Pennsylvania. Unfortunately, I see VERY little actual fishing. I ascribe to the old question asked by fisherman for thousands of years, "Are you gonna talk, or are you gonna fish?" I even looked back on your video list. You spend a lot of MY TIME jacking around with your buddies. I'm trying to help you out here. Please spend more video showing rigging, trolling speed, direction, spread, etc. Here's the big piece of advice. Keep the camera on the fish, the tackle, the rigging, the water and everything else except your face, your guest's faces and any other faces. WE ARE HERE TO SEE FISHING. Capice? You have 7K subscribers. This 2 week old video currently has 419 views. Please continue to talk all you want. Just keep the camera on the tackle, NOT ON YOU. You are not a celebrity star host. This is suggested because I really would like good advice on Musky and other trolling in PA and western NY. I understand you're a working guy and you don't fish 200 days a year. You are still learning how to make videos people want to watch. MAYBE, you'll take some of my advice and your channel will grow.

I really appreciate the advice , I think some of your points are more than valid. I haven’t ever once been concerned about subs or views, nor have I been concerned about growth. I’ve got to this point buy doing it my way. The only reason I have this channel is to share my passion for fishing and have fun doing it. Now that I have a boat , I will focus more time on rigging and trolling speed and spreads and tools and baits. I think some people want to “see fishing”. People like you want to see fishing. I think some people like the style of videos I do. I’m not claiming to be a celebrity , I don’t want that title , i do what I do for fun man , to share my passion. I’m not Doug Wegner , I’m not Keyes Outdoors, I’m just a bum with a go pro and I’m more than happy with it. I’ve met allot of talented fisherman through RUclips and I’ve been lucky to establish relationships and make really good friends in the industry. It’s hard to get to 7000 subs btw, that’s still an amazing accomplishment. I will take your advice , and focus on the elements that you mentioned. I really appreciate your kindness to try and help me out and get better , constructive criticism is never a bad thing. Thank you very much George, appreciate that!

@@FishingPAwithRyanRead OK, I'm sorry I was so hard on you. Please do some deep jigging videos. Next trip, I'm going to put 2 live baits down on opposing corner rod holders. The other two corners of the boat will be intensely jigged with Bondi baits and Magum RatL-Traps. Juice on the jigged lures. This is 40" down on the top of an underwater ridge with 90' of water on both sides. Boat control is a challenge . Lotsa wind. I use sea anchors to slow drift and a bow mount to troll back and forth. It's all about watching the sonar and contour map.

No worries , i work in a corporate environment and there isn’t anything you can say or do that would hurt my feelings because I’ve been built for it for the last 20 years. But I will take your points and try and tailor videos to that. I can’t make everyone happy , I recorded videos the way your explaining before and had to take them down due to people complaining about spot burning , it’s a lose lose. Regardless , the lakes I fish are a little different , but jigging Is something I will get back too now that I have a rig. Let’s see how I can adjust and better the content based on your opinion, I think it’s helpful and it’s a challenge for me to switch it up. Seriously though , thank you! Really helpful!

Sounds like George needs to start his own YT channel with all this great advice! Maybe even start some type of consulting company, giving that *hard advice* that folks don’t know they need
