Someone needs to make a mod that makes a kitchen bench into a bin, so many people hide their bins in a cupboard. First thing I thought about where you placed yours, is when the sun comes through the big window, it would heat it up and make it smelly 😂
There is one on Mod the Sims. I don't remember the name of the modder but it will be in build buy, kitchen, and you might find it. The modder turned the kitchen counters into a trash bin.

Don’t mind me being mind blown about the fact that the sun travels from east to north then west in the southern hemisphere. It makes totally sense but it’s one of those things you never think about and I’m about as shook as you can be right now. It’s like that one time I overheard an air hostess tell a child „no we are being pushed by cars or did you ever see a plane fly backwards“ like yes I have seen it hundreds of times that planes are being pushed by cars when reversing but in my mind it was always the pilot just reversing the plane 💀

Ah, sorry to hear you've not felt well. Glad you're on the upswing, tho. Moving is so stressful, take it easy now that you're done. I really love that built-in with the fridge, and the vaulted ceiling in the lounge room. If you need one more counter seat, could you make one of the counter island pieces into a corner that would accommodate an extra seat? I can't recall if there is enough space, but if there is, it would round seats out to four instead of three. That blew my mind about the sunny side being north in Ozzy instead of south in the northern hemisphere. I'm pretty good about thinking of the seasons being opposite, but never went there about the directions, haha. If the sun rose in the west, that would really be freaky, but thank goodness it doesn't.

Honestly I adore this build A LOT. James was relaxed and in the mindset of purely enjoying himself and playing around, going with some of his classic style while playing around with pieces he doesn’t often explore. I always love his work most when he’s going in with the intent to just enjoy himself 💛💛💛

I’ve just bingewatched most of the bigwallet series :) We’ve been missing your videos, you’re so funny and through yourvideos I’ve learned a bunch of things about all the expansions and building in sims 4. I’ve been playing this game since I was ten and now that my little sister became a fellow simmer too, watching your videos with her just feels like a full circle. I also adore your accent and energy :) so thank you for all your videos and the great energy that you put in each one of them. I wish we had small ladders, step stools... gosh I don't know what they're called in English but I hope y'all know what I mean. Like I wish we had these small ladder stools for aesthetic reasons, to put them close to stuff like your fridge cabinet combo. They wouldn't be functional beside maybe being able to sit them but it would make it so much more lively.

I feel like a lot of Simmers just don't care about it so long as the Sim can use it and it's so frustrating to watch! No dining room would be my choice too! Such a waste of space, lol. The breakfast bar and couches are plenty! I wish the game had those cool coffee tables that turn to tables. 😅

RVSN has a bin that goes into a cupboard
RVSN has a custom bin called Counter-Fit Waste Bin which turns a counter into a bin xx
