I like that you are your own tortillas. A RUclipsr named simply Mama Cooks or RUclips channel views on the road both have a lot of tortilla recipes if you're trying to figure out how to make your tortillas thinner and bigger it might be that you have too much flour and not enough water in your tortillas because tortilla dough has to be extremely soft and pliable way softer than bread dough. I recently learned over the last year how to make tortillas from my mother-in-law that was probably one of the hardest things for me to learn was it had to be a way wetter dough than bread dough
This looks amazing, I laugh when I watch videos on Mexican style food, my daughter is half Mexican and she will not eat any Mexican food(funny little creature) I love it and will definitely give it a try, there hasn't been a recipe that you have shared that I have turned my nose up to yet.Thanks Rachel

I love how you encourage people to make recipes their own! I was just recently told I need to be on a low sodium diet. I thought I was, already. Then I started looking more at all the processed things from the store, like basic condiments. I was floored! I can a good bit of our food. I use the bare minimum amount of salt, but I season things well. Lots of herbs and other spices. I even make my own cream soup base that go wonderfully in this recipe! Thanks for sharing, and always giving me something new I want to try!
