  • This yogurt bread is all over tiktok right now and I am a huge lover of all things "bread". But nothing gets better than only 3 ingredients and under 5 mins to prepare.
There are several variations of this recipe on line but I just went with the easiest choice of 3 simple ingredients. This cooks up very similar to a naan bread but better I think.
For this recipe for Yogurt Flatbread:
    1.5 cups of AP flour
    2 tsp baking powder
3/4 to 1 cup whole milk yogurt.
Mix well and add yogurt as needed to get dough to come together but not be overly wet.
Divide dough in six portions and roll out on floured surface. Cook over medium to medium low heat on a well buttered skillet for 3-5 mins per side.
This will store in fridge for weekly meals or you can freeze up to 3 months.
Hope you enjoy how simple and fast such a wonderful tasting bread comes together.

Been making the 3-ing. flatbreads for years. Try brushing one side of the dough with garlic butter then place the buttered side down on the griddle.
Some fresh, chopped parsley sprinkled on when they come off heat is next level!

A tip for you is to roll them out one at a time, and keep the rest covered with a damp cloth, just like you would any other dough, or tortillas. That way they aren't sitting there all rolled out and drying out and won't tear as badly. And while you are cooking one, you roll out the next. 👍🏼❤️😁

Mix together until dough form put on counter to knead after times . Then roll to fit your pan . Add any sauce or toppings you like . It's so easy even my teenage sons make it a lot.
