In these difficult times and with this epidemic it is good to see that You and your mother and Family are well and in Health, that God bless and protect you every day. I love watching your channel, I hope that everyone who sees your videos will give you a thumbs up 👍, thus valuing your and your mother's work and bringing videos to us, thanks for the excellent work.
Totally agree
I think the pipe bowls would repurpose well and make nice little bells for the Christmas tree.
Another great adventure, Alex you are not plain , you're a real smasher. If I was fourty years younger,I'd be proud to have you on my arm. Keep well, you lovely pair.
Whoever said you were plain is blind. Sparkling and very pretty. I dare say your Mum was very pretty when your age.
She's a beautiful young lady, so creative and charming. If I were 30 years younger and single, she'd light up a room.
@@peggycomer1 For that matter, Gail is lovely now. She somehow reminds me of Diane Keaton
I watch your videos regularly and like them but I rarely comment. I'm disabled and can't be in the sun. I so love the adventures you share. They give me back a little piece of nature that I miss so much!
The white cup-like thing- I think was attached to the end of the string/rope that you pull to close a blind or a curtain.
I was going to suggest the exact same use! 😊
Or perhaps a lamp or toilet pull?
Or the end of the string on a bathroom light switch that we use in the UK
That's what I was thinking
Amazing how much material is on the surface. Wow! An intact pipe. Good find. I especially liked the schwoo spongeware find! The "mini-Codd bottle" was quite a find. Thank you for a cool video.
I'm so glad you two are starting to really get your marbles together. 😝💜
Pot with hole in looks like the end of a cord pull. Similar to the ones we have in bathrooms still today.
Wonderful finds! Alex Alex Alex! You are really changing in looks , a beautiful glow about you. Hope you are doing well and very happy. Thank you for sharing
I am so excited and happy for you finding your complete pipe. I could not stop smiling.
So wholesome in a world of despair! Thank you for your content, it makes me happy!
Monday morning, coffee and Northern Mudlarks.
Life's good 😁
Thank You Ladies for brightening up what has been a really dull week for me. Your cheerfullness is contagious.
The schwoo! A pendant would be lovely, can’t wait to see it made, and you could carve a stamp with the same likeness...to stamp on a card to add into your shop items, the schwoo stamp of approval🌟🦚
Brilliant!
Love this idea!!
I love the music you add to your videos! Lovely music, beautiful scenes of the animals and countryside. You two are uplifting to watch. True mother daughter love and friendship.
One of the unspoken but most enjoyable aspects of your videos is mother/daughter friendship. Love it love it love it! Great finds today - well done. Shrew pendant soon? ❤️🥰
May I tell you that I wait and wait for your videos and it is sweet joy when you upload a new one...thank you so much for enriching my life watching you
This felt like non-stop great finds! Congratulations!
Puss in Boots! I thought that before you put the hat on him BTW! lol. Loved this video. always love finding new places and new finds. The tiny codd bottle is amazing. and I am glad you got to make a mark on your bucket list. Cheers from North Carolina
@Tinkering Twins and Their Mom I thought about Dr. Seuss's the Cat in the Hat. Greetings from New Bern, NC.
The handle, probably from a straight razor, might be made of gutta percha, one of the first man made plastics. It was created from latex derived from the gutta tree that grows in Malaysia. It might also be Vulcanite or Ebonite, which is also an early plastic, made by adding sulphur to rubber. Both are lightweight and moldable. I loved the piece of spongeware with the Schwoo and the miniature Codd bottle! Great finds!
More footage of your darling kitty, please!
Love the tiny Codd bottle!! So cute. Nice finds today and bucket list finds. Stay safe. 🦋
Oh Alex - you are not at all plain - and we are all a little damaged. I so enjoy you and Gail!
Great finds, you two! I’m thrilled about the bucket list finds. The pipe is awesome.
I love your videos! I enjoy the mother daughter interactions and your shared joy and excitement over the treasures you find! So sweet! Be safe and healthy 😷! Take care!

Thank you for taking us with you on your walk and for the mud larking you found really great things
Love the cod bottle baby
I’m need to get out there and find stuff. I live in the woods there’s nothing. Y’all know where to go. Great treasures ♥️
On the pipe that was the workmans pipe it looks like a husky dog on one side on the tv look back on your tv. Thank you I enjoy your show and look forward every week. I live in Acworth, Georgia USA
What fun you two had ! The Shwoo's always find a way to be involved, they are so funny. Thank you for sharing your hobby with us.
Ending a work day on Friday watching both of you charming ladies uncover history and just listening, taking a look whilst I type. Soothing for my ears and soul. Bless you both!
Love the smile when Alex found the whole pipe!
The tiny Cod bottle could be for smelling salts. Easy to access in emergency? Just a guess.
Thank you ladies for taking me along on your adventure! Can’t wait to see your creations from your finds❣️Enjoy your week keep laughing and enjoying what you do best☀️😎🇨🇦
That's a Barbie Codd bottle for sure! Lol nice find, I love miniatures!♥️
I saw a modern plastic Codd type bottle on a Japanese food channel(DancingBacons) and immediately thought of our favourite ladies.
They have them in glass too, I lived in Hawaii for years and I saved many bottles from there diffrent flavor drinks.
On one hand, I love being early to vids but on the other, there is not a channel quite like this one and I may have binged all the vids already! 👀
Go watch kit and caboodles. Mother and daughter. Great channel as is this one.
You're robins there are so cute. The ones here in the US are larger with more Orange on them.
Cat in the hat! The teeny tiny Codd bottle is so amazing and mini, right cute.Well done on finding 2 of your bucket list finds girls!
There is NOTHING plain or damaged about you...all I can see is that you are young and your mother is great!
Lovely to see you both in your happy place 😀 great finds x
Beautiful place...that is a perfect hat 👒 for that cat 🐱
Yes I thought the same! It would be lovely rebuilt as Puss in Boots
I’m thrilled you found so many treasures, thank you for sharing with us.
When I first saw the pipe bowl with the cannon and guns, it reminded me of the US silver war.
Oh oh. I L❤️VE the "Silver War" 😄 i'm sorry, but it's Civil War. Because the war is fought w/in one country...
I can see Spring is in the air - glad for you :)
I so look forward to your posts each week. In a world of crazy, you are both so soothing and calming. You never fail to leave me smiling. Thank you for sharing with us!
Congrats on your complete pipe!!! Yippie!!
Really enjoy traveling with you from my living room
I love the way Alex gets so excited but the best thought I had was what beautiful memories mother & daughter are making. Both of you are so lovely sorry I’ve been away for a while also I’m not getting notifications from you sending love and prayers always keep safe xx❤️🙏🏻🇬🇧🇬🇧
Thank you for the fun adventure on new ground. Spring is on its way as the birds announced.
I love the pottery with the schwoo on it I would love to know what you make with it! I love your photography too and music you both are priceless and so intelligent and sweet.
WOW!!! So many pipes. Congratulations on your bucket list finds!! My bucket list find is a complete Codd bottle lol. Stay safe & see you on your next adventure:)
Thanks, Adam! Good luck on finding your Codd bottle xx
Congratulations on the first whole pipe! Made me 😊! Love the tiny cod bottle too!
Finding a Shwoo portrait was awesome find for anyone who has. a Shwoo..& you have 2 ..That was so nice ..Loved Mr CAT too..&the miniature COD, what a find 👏👏👏
The whole clay pipe you found. I went to google earth and his factory is right next to The Barras in Bain street glasgow.
Congratulations on your first complete Clay Pipe!
Amazing finds. So happy you found a complete pipe!
Perhaps the mystery handle is an earlier material than bakelite called gutta percha, a 19th century moldable plastic often used to make early photo cases
Great finds ladies! Well done! So happy for you. 🌼🌺
Ps the bird peeking in the window while filming was so cute! Mom! Mom! When are you going to feed me lol
The robins just came back here in Wisconsin! It’s amazing to hear and see how different they are across the Atlantic ❤️ congratulations on the complete pipe!
Congratulations on the whole pipe!!!
What a collection of pipes.! So pleased you got two of your bucket lists! Great! spring is here and possibly our freedom too. Yay.!xx
I would just like to say thank you to the both of you, I had a blast watching ,well I always do. I love the tiny codd bottle. until next time
I love both of your beautiful artistic spirits you bring wonderful joy to us!
I do love it when you teach and explain about what you’ve found.
Sooooo cute baby codd bottle ❤️❤️❤️☺️
What fun! Marvelous finds. Congrats!
The little glass codd bottle could be a vintage medicine ampoule bottle and that's why the sizing is off and why the top is broke - to get the medication out but I think it looks too much like the codd bottle design to be that, I dunno either! 😆
The glass is too thick, also x
Wonderful finds ladies. You're lucky to have all these places to go Larking! I think you need to go back to the same place, maybe finding another little bottle!
After a flood here in Kentucky USA ,I FOUND A PLASTIC DOLLS ARM AND A RUBBER BOTTLE STOPPER I WAS SO HAPPY
Fantastic! xx
Some really nice finds. Love the whole pipe.
So good to see you.
So exciting! A new place and so many interesting finds, you must plan a trip to go back to possibly find a whole small cod bottle! And all the pipes....wow! Thanks for sharing! Stay safe ladies! ❤️❤️❤️🌹
I’m back with you after spending time away from RUclips. What a pleasure it is to watch your enthusiasm for your finds! I’ve missed it. 🙂
Welcome back x
Exciting trip for you two and great prospects for future trips. No doubt the schwoos both approved of their cousin on the pottery. Sue and Ian, Australia
I reckon a cord pull for the white find early on.. like bathroom light ....
This was an exceptional vlog!!! I enjoyed it so much! The little codd bottle is precious!
I'm so glad I found you.
is the "Bell cup with a hole" in it ceramic? In the states the attach something similar to cover the screws that mount the toilet to the floor. My husband and I both were watching and said that at the same time. Just a thought. Love the relationship that you two have.
What an amazing haul you got from that small site! Lots of treasures - still 'digging' that mini Codd bottle you showed on instagram ;) Oh and that book on bottle collecting looks fab... we love books, so that might just have to be purchased!! We can also recommend Victorian Bottles : A collector's guide to yesterday's empties - it's a good read!!
You have spring flowers before us here in Michigan and no robins yet eather, but our temperatures have been sunny and 65 • that in its self is pretty amazing!🌻🌷🌼
Yes, it's so lovely to see the flowers after the long, dark winter! xx
Excellent work ladies. Doing the research and then reaping the rewards by finding some wonderful things. The tiny codd is amazing.
The little porcelain white piece you thought might be a cup with a hole in it...I believe is a porcelain bell without clanger piece.
Congrats on your first whole pipe find, very exciting. I love the musical interludes in the video, well done, and awesome video!
Could you do a video or mention how you find your digging areas? I’d love to go mudlarking but struggling to find places!
How nice that you and your mom have shared passions.
Great pipe bowl. The white collar stud looks like a miniature game piece.
Another wonderful video to make my Sunday complete!
Nice to see the flowers as our summer slowly disappears in New Zealand
I have never seen a mom codd bottle. That's amazing!
Tell us more about the "dumb-fries" joke!!! Are there "smart" fries? Not too far from me (90 minute drive) is Dumfries, VA -- but I have never heard it called "dumb-fries".... :-)
Some awesome finds, including the miniature bottle & the complete pipe. Keep safe & Keep Rockin
Congratulations on your first full pipe. Happy Spring.
I love watching your videos on Monday morning with my coffee and brekky. Congrats on the cutty pipe find. The little codd bottle is cute even if it is broken 🙂🙂
Greeting from Albania.
congrats on the pipe it's great checking stuff off your bucket list
How I spent Christmas 2022? Binge watching the Northern Mudlarks. And I loved it! Can't wait for the upcoming collaboration with MIck and Sarah. I really love the group dancing. Merry Christmas, everyone!
Those green glass stoppers also have a long glass swab(whole ones), for dipping out perfume and rub on wrist. Sometimes, you can find one in a perfume bottle, in antique shop
