- Chef Sara Furcini demonstrates how to cut a head of broccoli into natural tree-like florets that are the perfect size for roasting, sautéing, or garnishing broccoli soup. For crudités, use the same technique but keep a longer stem for people to hold onto while dipping.

Oh ! I always chucked the stem. Didn't know you can use them for stir fry ? Hmm !
Shouldn't waste so much of the stem.
