This was helpful. All other videos show motor in passenger footwell. Mine (2013 partner tepee) is where yours is. I'm stuck on how to remove the panel under the steering wheel. Do you just tug at it? I have the cowl immediately above the pedals off.

Hi thanks for your comment/question. Yes the panel below the steering wheel just pulls off, it has ten clips holding it on. Good luck. Hope this helps! Enjoy cheers

@@properjob7970 cheers I was worried about breaking it but it came out OK. I got at it and had both the motor and resistor out. The motor dropped out OK with that facia still in. Tested all and the resistor was the problem due to corrosion. Cleaned it up and working again, though I think I'll get one anyway. Thanks again for sharing 👍🏻

Awesome, thank you for pointing out the location. Saves ripping everything out on the wrong side of the van🙈😉

    Hi
I have changed my resister with no joy no power to controls on any number setting definitely not relay as my motor was making a humming noise did this solve your problem

Hi my motor was the fault with mine. My motor didn't do anything I just put my multi meter on the motor plug on volts with the switch on full power. I didn't get a power out put. If you're motor is humming I'd say you need another motor you could remove it and put it straight on your car battery if it doesn't work then that's the problem. Usually if it's the resistor it only works on number 4 hope I haven't gone on to much 😄😂
