  • Tip #1: Start Slowly ✔️
    -Don't try to jump right into a 16-hour fast right away. Instead, start with a shorter fasting period, like 12 hours, and gradually increase the fasting period over time so that your body gets used to it.
    Tip #2: Drink Plenty of Water ✔️
    - Water helps to keep you hydrated and can also help to curb your appetite during the fasting period. You can also drink an energy drink, black coffee, electrolytes or anything that's under 25 calories at that will not “Break Your Fast.”
    Tip #3: Eat Healthy Foods ✔️
    -During the eating period, make sure to focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats and you should be eating about the same as you normally would throughout the day just in a smaller time window.
    Tip #4: Do it when it works for you. ✔️
    -Intermittent fasting isn’t something you have to do every day to see results. I usually do it about 3-4 times a week. For example, if you are to be busy during the end of the day when I normally eat, that's probably not a great day to intermittent fast since I won’t be able to get all of my meals in.
