Greetings from across the pond Nice process of making your wheel arches, lovely job, The ground pieces of the styrene, you wanna save them, to make filler glue using the pieces, and a suitable plastic weld glue, dissolve the styrene in the chemical you use to weld your styrene together. Add more styrene bits for a thicker mixture, comes in handy for a filler once the chemical bonding agent evaporates your left with the thicker styrene, sand and shape. Just liked and subscribed 👍 😀
All that check and rechecked makes my head hurt 😢 I use my Calipers points to score the sheet! Set your measure and lightly script your line holding one point along edge! Set Calipers at half the size of a circle and use like a compass! I think this will increase speed and accuracy

Hi David,
Can I use the "scribe and break" technique to cut 2mm thickness styrene?
Yes , you may have to use several swipes of the blade before it snaps though, but the process would be the same.
@@davidparsleyscustomscaleemerge Thanks for reply
You need a T-Square.
