My Morning Routine

- By popular demand, here it is, My DAILY Morning Routine. Normally I wake up between 6 and 7, feeling well rested and before I do anything else, I do this routine. It's the PERFECT way to start your day, I love it! Try making this a habit if you have the time for it, you'll see it pays off.
No trolling here, I love it it’s always fun to watch. And who cares if it’s not recorded with the best camera and sound. As always great insight in what you do. It’s very interesting and I love that you are so transparent!

That was cool thanks. It looks easy to learn such a routine but in practice it’s quite hard so well done. Like the emphasis on loosening the glutes, hamstrings and back

Do you stretch your cold muscles or do you do these stretches after some warmup ???

When you say morning routine, do you mean first thing out of bed, or do you get up, walk around, sorta get some blood flowing, then do this? If I tried this straight out of bed I don't think I'd get much movement, not correctly anyway. Great video though, I hope I can remember all of these movements for a routine!
