RV Lance 1172 thermistor replacement Dometic refrigerator HOT, freezer ice cold $18 repair and light

The refrigerator on my camper was working perfectly for a week straight while I finished up some projects on it in the driveway on shore power. I turned the camper off for a day or two. turn the camper back on and went to check on the refrigerator later to find it absolutely hot and stinky. freezer was ice cold. I pulled down the light cover to reveal that the fuse was hanging vertically by a thread because the tin bracket that holds the light bulb fuse combination as well as the two wires for the thermostat (actually called thermistor) was fatigued causing the light bulb fuse combo to drop out of its holster. This video details replacing the thermistor fuse light bulb combo bracket as well as replacing the actual thermostor and the clip that secures the thermistor sensor to the 10th fin on the refrigerator radiator on the inside rear of the fridge. problem solved. The thermistor was around $16 on Amazon, the bracket was slightly more expensive around $18 I think and the clips were super cheap. I purchased a spare fuse/light bulb combo for just over $5 on Amazon as well just to have one on hand.
