Best thing on the Internet. I had this hobby too but people criticised me for it "how old are you son?". After watching your dads dedication, i have decided to revive this hobby and love for figures and dioramas. May God Bless you with health so you can do more dioramas and add details day by day. Simply breathtaking......the level of detail is amazing. ....the time it took to build everything . Great diorama dedicated to veterans.
Really Awesome. I don't think this diorama can be taken apart & displayed at a model convention. I also realized you'd have to take all the figures off etc. The diorama is perfect where it is & I"m glad I watched this video
can we just buy him a warehouse and get him to build as much as he wants

Been modeling since I was a kid too. Now I'm in my late 40s and have the house to myself, yeah my modeling got big now too. Currently building a 5ft long 1/48 Type VIIC U-Boat.

@@francoislapalme6728 You can buy them on EBay, but they're quite expensive, so I recommend you being ready to spend more than 500 dollars.

This is incredible. There's Military Dioramas and then there's ones called Super Dioramas. This Diorama fits that class! What I'd like to see are some closeups. I know that zooming in on all the detail would make for a pretty long video, but this model is worth it.

That's just brilliant. ❤. I've noticed that your dad has a couple of Krupp K5 railway guns. I'm lucky in the fact that I've visited the Calais area in France where they used and stored the K5`s. Also there is a refurbished K5 in a museum near Calais called Batterie Todt. I`m hoping to visit the Area in Poland where they tested the Schwerer Gustav railway gun which I've noticed that your dad also has. Please say thankyou from me to your dad for a wonderful set up. 😊❤

For anyone wondering about the big artillery pieces in the background, that is the Schwerer Gustav.
I believe Hitler made that tank. And they could only move it by train tracks
That my gosh is a rare 1/35 kit that cost about 800 and its huge!
They designed a tank with a schwerer Gustav on top Called the p1500 monster or p1500 landkreuzer. They never build it

I was a "scratch builder" many moons ago and i can see you have been quite prolific... although the diorama I found certainly impressive I could not keep my eyes off the "Dora" railway Gun in the background... Nice work.

Looking great. I usually put a Navy Base (Me being a Navy Vet) on my simple train layouts, but have been branching out & adding an Army Base also (for my Army Vet friends). It's all fun.

Worlds largest 1/35 scale WWII diorama! Very cool. There's so much going on! That rail gun really takes the attention away from everything if you're not too careful!

That's amazing though my collection was big love the railguns and the low loaders and SDKFZ half tracks especially that armoured flack tracks and good to know you have British troops to 🇬🇧

Awesome dio. Been using 1/32 scale size green plastic army men in mine. On my 3 rd.dio myself. Been doing it since Louis Marx and Co.went out of business. Been having to use Matchbox figures. In fact plastic army women are coming out this October from BMCToys.com. For the first time in toy history. And the sculpts look pretty good. Keep the diorama growing. 👍🤠👌

Superb diorama, I also build 1/35 scale military tanks so I know the patience & dedication that's required. Truly superb !! Only wish there could have been more close ups from the camera man. Longer vid please and lots of zooming in !! Great stuff....
I love the #12 Roger Staubach stuffed toy on the shelf. I wonder if it has to do with Staubach serving in Nam or playing at Navy

Awesome display and a great tribute to veterans for sure. I like the idea of setting it up in what looks like his garage. I paint toy soldiers as well. I doubt my wife would go for the idea of parking her car outside though!!!
