The 27-year-old has joined West Ham United from Wolverhampton Wanderers on a seven-year contract.
Having started his career at non-league Maidenhead United, where he was managed by Hammers legend Alan Devonshire, Kilman has thrived ever since moving up to the top flight with his August 2018 move to the Midlands, and is now thrilled to be taking the next step of his career in east London.

Think about it this way letting wolves have Dawson helped max develope into the player he is now . Passing his experience on to max has helped West Ham get a more all round defender . Daws is a class act and we’re lucky to have him

I 100%believe Dawson the reason wolves stayed up . Wolves arnt the same team without his leadership . Only thing I say max needs to do is be more vocal like Dawson . If he adds that to his game then max will be one of the best defenders in the prem .

You think it’s good however he will financially cripple your club. If you look at his past clubs he brings short term goals and possible trophies but he loves to spend and put you in debt. He left wolves before the season because they didn’t let him spend.

As a Wolves fan, I loved Max. He’s such a humble and kind soul. Always got involved with the community and the team. I’m sure he’ll bring that same kindness to London.
He’s ana amazing defender and saved us many times. He’ll have times where he’ll mess up but I’ve always said it’s due to playing every game and the stress it gives. West Ham has always have a soft spot in my heart. Will be rooting for West Ham after Wolves!

As a Wolves fan I'm really sorry to se Max leave, although not very vocal, he has a knack of being at he right place at the right time. The rest of the Wolves squad thought he was 'Very quick and strong'. Good luck Max, thanks for all the points you saved Wolves. Also good to see Maidenhead get c£4m from the transfer 🙂

Wolves fan in peace here, think this works out well for everyone, we get a decent amount of cash, Maidstone get a nice amount and you guys get a good player. He never gets injured and is surprisingly quick for a big fella, he’s a London lad and this means he’s closer to his family

@@Hammer123_ I think he is Aguerd's replacement. Nayef fell from grace after he was injured. Hasn't looked the same since, even for Morocco. A shame really as at the beginning he was magnificent.
@@Pintheshadows yeah I agree, like him and zouma, but we need a rebuild badly, 74 goals is just too much. Dont mind selling them, pick up todibo, also walker peters is good with a decent price. Thats the backline I want at least
@@Hammer123_ I quite like Milenkovic from Fiorentina. He is a bruiser. Not the fastest but he is great in the air and has the capacity to completely nullify players.
Todibo would be nice, but I would be surprised if we can get him. I am all in for Walker-Peters. I think we were linked to him last season.
@@Pintheshadows milenkovic is so good, but I feel like we could use a more technical cb next to kilman,todibo is perfect for that if we can get him, milenkovic would suit good if we didnt have kilman imo, but it would under moyes.

hello west ham fans, what ive always seen from him is when hes partened with a cb that has really good leardship skills or is good a communication u will get the best out of kilman the bloke can dribble is very good on the ball and is a solid center back the last thing u want is a less expericend cb next to him he will struggle more exactly like when weve got ur old player in dawson someone like him next to kilman n hes a great player

Max is a lovely, humble lad, strong in the air, quick enough on the floor and in the tackle. Wouldn't say he is naturally Captain 'vocal' material - not a criticism so don't judge him on that. As individuals, we are what we are. Gonna miss him at Wolves. Best of luck Max.

Good signing, he speaks very well and I love the way that Julen and Tim want to sign English homegrown players but I just hope that this signing doesn't mean that we lose another CB (Zouma or Aguerd) because we've already lost Oggy so I really hope that Max is just a replacement for him and not Kurt or Nayef
It's always good to have healthy competition in the squad so yeah I think it will be good to have Zouma, Aguerd and Kilman fighting it out for those 2 CB spots
Max is a pleasant calm & humble lad & I'm convinced he will improve our leaky defence!
