Quite frankly I have been watching baseball for over 40 years, and he is the most raw, God Given, Talent I have ever seen. Success leaves clues. What 6 year old would leave home to play baseball? I think he is under rated. It will be a pleasure to watch this young mans journey from this point forward.
I enjoy very much his way to play Baseball, he is truly "Electric" ! He has abilities, of power and speed, never seen by me in any other player ! Now I am following Cincinnati REDS ! I wish for him a long career in behalf of him, in behalf of the lovers of this fine sport, and in behalf of "THE GAME". I wish to say something else: Many have been changing in baseball; two of them I really don´t like 1.- Electronic communication between Pitcher & Catcher. and the most important from my point of view: 2.- That in Extra-innings a runner would to appear in the 2nd base, With no merits to be there at all ! To be running the bases, you must did something or the team you are playing against, for some reason were not able impede your presence in one of the bases. But with this new way to play, they give you the right to be running the bases as a GIFT ! I believe also that in many ways, it is altering the Statistics of Baseball. I believe it is not fare for all the players behind this "RULE" I am mexican Fan of the Sport.
he is not elite just streaky and “electrifying” since may 1st he’s batting .198 with a .599 ops .274 slugging .325 obp only 1 homerun 10 errors 40% k rate. He also is leading the league in strikeouts and (even though it’s not the best stat to use 95.3 fielding percentage aka trash🗑️) worst arm in baseball in terms of accuracy and has a very high BAIBIP during April soooooo… not elite
