I'd probably have to pick up it's twin and one of those enclosures. And put them in the trunk of the daily and see how long it takes to destroy the trunk lid on the commute back and forth to work. Luckily I work at a Salvage yard and there's 6 replacements out there.
I’d replace my v1 sa12 lol. Ran double the power on that boy for years until I burnt some tinsels up. Then proceeded to run it on one vc with about 900watts for another few months. Loved that sub

I had an awesome Audiobahn 1000 watt alum12 for the last 18 years. Not been able to use it for 5 years coz needed the space in my little van. Got a car now so as a budget basshead I got it again and after 1 week it died. Been looking at Sundown as a replacement. They look and sound amazing. Are they really as good as they seem? If they are I'll start saving. Edit: oh yeah and if I won I would have bass again and wouldn't need to save for a next few months 😂
I just bought 2 of these. I'm just a daily driver bass slammer. Do you think a skv2 2500.1d would be good for both of these? They said the amp is underrated and can put out over 3000 watts but not sure. That's about 1500 rms watts per sub

So I have two 10inch subwoofers memphis audio PRX 104 they will be wired to a 2ohms final impedance ... in a 500 watt amp ... I like sealed subwoofer box ... memphis audio recommends .75 cu feet volume per chamber . The box that I have is 1.1 cu feet volume per chamber ... will the subs get damaged ??? Semi new to car audio

I would hook a Version 2 onto my JL Audio HD1200 into a custom enclosure in my 2015 minivan so my kids can enjoy the “lower end” of “baby shark” with their friends.

JP what's good brother? Lol I wanna start by saying there's nothing like the down for sound difference! I'm a recent high school graduate class of 2019. And I haven't had bass since my sophomore year of school. One of my class mates decided to turn all my gains and crossovers to the right causing my first system ever to clip everything out! So back to stock stereo it was, and still to this day... it would be a blessing to any bass head to win this give away! I would start from scratch again starting from the head unit all the way to the enclosure. Not to mention everything will be purchased from down for sound! When he said on rated power for the sub boxes for the u series, do you need a bigger box if your overpowering them a little was planning on running a dc 3.5 or crescendo 4k on 2 12s
If i won SA subwoofer i would set it up in my 06 single cab with the port blowing out the driver side being pushed by a RF 1000.1BD. Build a custom box of course and get my truck bumping again. My last system was stolen out of the impound yard here in Gilbert AZ. They had a fantastic response to my questioning of where my sub went. "Well we didn't notice anything when we looked over your car". Long story short subless in arizona.

I have a stack of amplifiers I gathered from friends I would love to use this sub on. They're all sitting under my bed because I dont have enough money to put my expensive hobby to use yet. One of the old amplifiers I have is a Rockford Fosgate power T5002. I also have a pioneer gm-5300t to put to use still. I would try to put this in my 2011 Chevy Traverse(mom car) to pimp it out.

I would hook a Version 2 onto my JL Audio HD1200 into a custom enclosure in my 2015 minivan so my kids can enjoy the “lower end” of “baby shark” with their friends.
Dude this will complete my system in my Nissan hc33 laurel....have a rare Gladen 1000.1 (well in my country) I already have a box built tuned 35hz for that sa10 v1......but financial issues hit been without bass for months.....that sub and my pair of sundown sxmp 8s in my back dash and the 6.5s in my doors omg......so need this subwoofer

JP what's good brother? Lol I wanna start by saying there's nothing like the down for sound difference! I'm a recent high school graduate class of 2019. And I haven't had bass since my sophomore year of school. One of my class mates decided to turn all my gains and crossovers to the right causing my first system ever to clip everything out! So back to stock stereo it was, and still to this day... it would be a blessing to any bass head to win this give away! I would start from scratch again starting from the head unit all the way to the enclosure. Not to mention everything will be purchased from down for sound! But any way I've typed enough to the man JP himself and the rest of the basshead brothers and sisters have a good day, and don't forget to full tilt on em!
I'd put it in my 1992 chevy Beretta 1/4 wall build. I had one of the SA 12 v1 and I loved that thing. Really I'd love to do 2 sudown 15s in the build buy if I won this I'd have to do 2 12s. Keep on banging in the free world

Winning the Subwoofer would allow me to become a basshead again. Was once a basshead said I was always going to have bass in my vehicle but with family and kids bass had to take a back seat. I would build a box to put it in my 1984 Chevy s10 single cab and probably hook my little sister up with the two Rockford p1 10’s and install them in her blazer for her first car system ever! It would be my first sundown product ever and I feel like after I get the taste of sundown I would be hooked for life!
When he said on rated power for the sub boxes for the u series, do you need a bigger box if your overpowering them a little was planning on running a dc 3.5 or crescendo 4k on 2 12s
If i won SA subwoofer i would set it up in my 06 single cab with the port blowing out the driver side being pushed by a RF 1000.1BD. Build a custom box of course and get my truck bumping again. My last system was stolen out of the impound yard here in Gilbert AZ. They had a fantastic response to my questioning of where my sub went. "Well we didn't notice anything when we looked over your car". Long story short subless in arizona.
I would definitely have to get the second one and up grade my head unit and amp, i'm currently running two E12-V3s at 1000 watts on an Ma audio d class mono block at 1 ohm

What would I do? I would do a build on video, for my wife for her Mustang GT/CS. Just to show her that even though I'm running my own I.T. business, I still want to do something for her. Sometimes we don't see each other for weeks, but I try to do for her when I can. What better way than a Sundown Sub?

If I were to Win I would mount it in my Jetta since I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my Sundown Audio X-15 v2 d2 Sub, the 2000 watt Amp, XS Battery, and the Big 3 wiring since October 8th. Sorry to vent. My order was supposed to be in within a week, but it's been past 3 weeks. Nobody has contacted me at all about it. I'm kind of disappointed with the Customer Service. ☹

Man in ordered the profab box with SA12’s in it tuned to 32hz, omg, it’s in my 2021 Kia Stinger GT and it being a hatchback on top of it all, it slams so hard. Shit is crazy. When my window is cracked the lows like on Jeezy put on , make shit flex like no other . Slappppppin
I have a stack of amplifiers I gathered from friends I would love to use this sub on. They're all sitting under my bed because I dont have enough money to put my expensive hobby to use yet. One of the old amplifiers I have is a Rockford Fosgate power T5002. I also have a pioneer gm-5300t to put to use still. I would try to put this in my 2011 Chevy Traverse(mom car) to pimp it out.

Why don't you carry a single 15" box that simply ports the same side as the speaker? Just a basic box?
I actually start building the stereo for my 09 Malibu I just bought and buy another one to go with put a 2000 watt Sundown amplifier start me one heck of a system and a good way to start my birthday that's Friday

I'm 80% done installing a SQ-oriented system, so I'd build a custom center console w/down-firing box inside. This would complete this system with a serious bang!!!

I would enjoy making a custom speaker box with this sub. I would use custom led lights with it that work with my LED app that I also developed for iPhones.

I was gonna get a 2.25 cu ft net enclosure for the SA12 V2. Is that too big for the sub?
