Wow...this brownie is the best i have ever tried , i tried few recipes from you , first was the gyros after coming back from Zakynthos, we wanted to have gyros in the uk as well(we live here ) and kolukiftedes (zukkini balls ) , then we tried loukumades , and now this brownie ...i have to write that everything you make is amazing and the best , i will try many of your recipes for sure ...we love greek food , greek people and greek culture ...we ve been in Rhodos 3 x times and 1x in Zakynthos and we lived and worked in Greece with my husband(that time my boyfriend )when we where students so ...we love it in Greece. thank you so much for your recipes ❤❤❤god bless you xxx

You know what's really good with brownies that I almost never see is adding a dollop of cream cheese whipped together with a little powdered sugar and topped with fresh strawberries. It's really good, especially for Valentine's Day. Yum!

Akins...What a fantastic presentation by you! The brownies are a “must try” for me, I love chocolate. It will be quite difficult to limit myself to one small bite. Make that impossible.

My fave brownie recipe has 1/2 cup of brown sugar per 1 and 1/2 cups of granulated white sugar. Try that some time for a great flavor.

Can we add peppermint candy, or nuts? In stead of the chocolate chips at the end? Also, are the chocolate pieces unsweetened, semi-sweet or regular? Thanks they look great. My son likes chocolate and peppermint.
You can put nuts and any type of chocolate. I use semi-sweet pieces.

Dear Akis - your recipe is incorrect. I have 1 year old Bosch oven with the fan. I am preparing a lot of cakes. I tried your Brownies recipe and after 45 min baking at pre-heated oven @180degC with the fan it's not possible to cut the cake. The middle is runny and melted like lava cake. I am wondering which part of the recipe you hided...
Did you measure all the ingredients? And wat about the size of the pan?
@@akispetretzikisen Yes I did measure all the ingredients and the cooking pan was the same measure. Later I figure out the possible problem - you can't eat it after 1h cooling, this time has to be prolonged to the complete cool down preferably on the cold place (fridge or outside on the balcony if it is a winter time). After complete cool down the centre of the cake was more runny than your but firm - possible to eat. After all, the cake is amazingly tasty!
