Actually they did make a Megaman anime a long time ago but was never released in the states. I'm of course talking old school MegaMan, not the Megaman NT anime. Regardless Astroboy us the inspiration and this has a lot if the sane vibes.

This was really good even by today standards for a anime tv show there’s no short cuts or speed lines
For a 50 ep tv show the animation is ver consistent and good. Even the most economic episodes looks good.
