Keep in mind, this was an elite athlete, at an elite level. These were the exercises that worked best for him at that elite level. You may likely and most likely will get better results from exercises that work best for you given your anatomy and skill level. Also worth noting, Schwarzenegger was known for spreading disinformation, bad exercises, bad posing critiques, to his competition. I personally hurt my shoulder following his dumbell chest fly advice "having the weight practically hit the floor". Thats a good way to get yourself injured and that safety concern should have been mentioned in the same sentence, with also something like "do this at the end of your work out, after you get a good pump, and with a light weight, to get the stretch, and be careful". I too looked up to this guy, but the more I learned about him, and in my own experience, I no longer view him in the same way.
A Seated Military Press with Elastic Band activates entire Pectoral and along with enhancing the interconnective obtrusive tissue between the 2 Pectoral. But not so with Standing Military Press and this is good use of semantics.

According to him, the serratus anterior is developed with pull movements not push movements. This is absolutely ridiculous but that's what he believed(maybe still believes). Why do I mention this? Because I want all those who are willing to follow someones' routine or advice to just remember to not blindly copy or believe everything. Experiment, learn, use common sense and carve your own path. And remember that bodybuilding is not everything. If you don't die young one day you will say these exact same words to youngsters who are choosing the bodybuilding lifestyle.

This video is just big excises that you should do or at least some variation of it. Depending on how often you go to the gym will depend on what you do. Push, pull, legs is usually a good way to go. You can always check other videos for push pull and leg workouts but you wouldn't do everything in this video for set as you'd be in the gym all day and its completely different muscle groups.
Like a dumbass, I once did all of these movements and never got any stronger. Then I discovered that all one needs to develop muscle mass are squats, deadlifts, and presses. Add 5 lbs per workout to each and do three times a week. Rest on rest days, get plenty of sleep and, importantly, eat like it’s your second job.

Its weird how there is this whole idea that decline bench press is useless. Can somebody give me good arguments of why this exercise should be included in a training plan?
Skip the bicep curls (they are trained when training back) and calf raise (run correctly instead)(forefoot strike)(you should be running 3+ times a week).
😂😂😂😂😂😂 you have to hit biceps ….there is minimal stress on the biceps while doing back exercises…it requires isolation in order to grow to its full potential
Arnold never reccomended nor did decline bench himself. He does dips. Using names of legends for increasing viewers is not a good trend.

Arnold preferred the behind the head barbell press over the military press.
It's now not recommended as overhead bar presses to the front of the chest are safer and just as effective.

Abovehead Press does not have the vibrant thoracic thrusting and head knob or either not. Perhaps, it was less understood in Traditional.
