it should be there. the list is sorted alphabetically. the cursor name will be macOSBigSur. if you still can't find it you try to repeat installing by "extract,right click and choose install"

if it doesnt work for you do what I did after it install it then extract the folder then you will see a folder pop up which is the cursor double click it then right click the install and click install (shown in the video) then if something pops up click yes to everything and go to ur settings go to additional mouse settings and additional mouse options then it will bring you to the mouse thingy go to the pointers and click scheme and a scheme should be there called macosbigcursors click it and if something pops up that says "this mouse is being used already" or something like that click yes and it will automatically equip the cursor.

the max quality i can produce is 1366x768.
but, after uploading, youtube convert my work into 360px and 720px.
i'm not satisfied with the 360px quality which wastes my effort. i just want the viewer to watch my videos in the best available quality to enjoy it. so, i recommend the 720px.

theres a much faster solution to getting the shortcut where you equip the cursor
heres how to do it:
you go to the search bar and search up "Mouse Settings" and click additional mouse options and there do what he said
