While Bleach fillers are peak, fillers like naruto fillers also exist. It's just better to have something like JJK, where it's entirely story, without much non Canon fillers. Another thing is that the animators won't be as hardly worked, and so can do better jobs and also have a life outside of their work. Animation is already a very tough job, with very bad conditions and having continuous releases like the old Big 3, would make animation quality lower while also destroying the health of the animators. I personally can wait more time, if it means no more fillers, better animation and the animators get treated better.

Like Soi Fon's Suzumebashi, in Shikai it is an amazing stealth weapon, but Jakuho Raikoben is a large explosion, just like Soi Fon's personality of being quick to temper. Byakuya's on the other hand, his Bankai is just his Shikai but exponentially bigger. That means his true personality is at peace with his identity. Urahara too, has a Bankai that expands upon the idea of his Shikai. The power system in Bleach is one of a kind.
