Modified this practice to care for my back, including doing sphinx at the end rather than the long-hold Caterpillar forward fold. I think one of the things folks like me miss from the days when we could bend all we wanted is the calming effect of these poses. Glad to learn how to modify, and also surprised at how much I fidgeted in this class. There is something to learn from that, and I didn't beat myself up. Cushiony reserve? Got it! Namaste.

While I would not label myself a HSP, I definitely can feel my energy wane around excess stimulation. Thank goodness for our grounding practices. I have a coshiony reserve for my nervous system. So calming and at a pace for really tired body to cope with. Kind of missing the peacocks sound from the park. (Crows are lovely Bird aswell.) But its wierdly calming even if it sounds like some one is killing them.

Please edit your audio! As you said yourself, highly sensitive people have problems with annoying sounds. It's very hard to relax with super loud static noise.
