  • DIETS THAT AFFECT HAIR LOSS anybody who limits animal protein is instantly creating a problem for their hair
    and that comes from B vitamins it comes from iron vitamin d zinc these are things that you get from animal products we as humans are omnivores and we should be eating meat for general purposes now if you're a vegetarian or a vegan and you've got obviously reasons for that I totally get it I was a vegetarian for 9 years you need to understand that being all in on anything unfortunately when it comes to a diet is not necessarily the right move especially for your hair

    Working in the retail supplement business it is not only vegan vegetarian that are having hair issues plus a whole other bunch of issues that come from deficiences but many people today are on all sorts of crazy diets like the latest fad diet lifestyle that are deficient on nutrients. Natures wholesome foods with fish meat etc are necessary for total body health. So many people are now running on a lack of nutrients that can become chronic and lead to worse outcomes.

    At last, I reduced my white flakes on the scalp and hairfall.
    Step 1: Massage hair oil and leave it overnight or for a minimum of an hour for it to work.
    Step 2: Rinse it out with shampoo.
    Step 3: Put on conditioner that you prefer to the roots of your hair.
    I used littleeextra cococonion anti hair fall kit for these steps as it's mild and organic, and is considered gud for reducing hair loss.
    Incase if you also have dandruff, put on lemon juice on your scalp at least once a week prior to shampooing and wash it off about an hour later.

    "Being All In on Anything" is not good with diet, we are Omnivores....I am starting to really agree with this...but it took my hair breaking off after a dye job to realize how low on Protein I am. (plus my GPS scale told me ⚖️👀😅)

    Meat (beef) is good I just prefer not to eat it , I don’t like the chewiness and the digestion part, my ida has gotten worse because of it😢

    You are absolutely right. I was a vegetarian for a few years and it was the period that I was losing loads of hair. Since I started eating meat and supplementing with iron, vitamin c and d, the hair loss diminished noticeably. I just need advice now on how to regrow the hair I lost.

      @@joannc4362 Just saw one of his shorts, where he mentions omega 3 and 6 supplements. It's supposed to increase hair density and decrease hair loss. I have omega 3 at home and thought that people usually have omega 6 in abundance with the standard diet. I will have to check this out.

    So true, we are STRICT-balanced omnivores, high organic quality eggs, red meat high quality 🐑, and fish and some olives, red garlic etc and some fruits 🌝, and as well clean water and along with other supplements for health support general :)

    this is such BS Majority of hindus eat no meat.. and Indians have the best longest thickest hair of any race. Not only that im caucasion, been vegetarian my whole life, and vegan for ten years, and i have long thick hair down to my ass. Also my entire family (parents and siblings all vegetarian and all our hair is magnificent lol!) my dad is 70 with a head full of long heir too, so much shit information on the net

      There is protein in all animal products. Eggs, milk etc There's also protein in lentils, beans, peas etc. It's not about eating specifically meat but about providing enough nutrients for your body. Amino acids (the building blocks for proteins) are crucial for EVERYTHING in your body. For your enzymes, your muscles, your hair. FOR EVERYTHING. You cannot cancel science just because you don't like it. Hindus as far as I know aren't particularly muscular so their protein needs are lower than someone's who works out regularly, so they don't have to eat necessarily meat to maintain a healthy body.

    Vegan for 10 years and my hair is fine 😂 going vegan doesn't automatically makes you deficient in nutrients

    You don't your history if you think that humans are omnivores. Take this information for example, we have a pancreas, and this organ was once used to break down fiber, we no longer have that ability, which makes fiber irrelevant for humans. Fiber is not essential and is arguably non beneficial in any way. We are primarily designed and adapted for eating just meat. Adaptation is an immutable law of biology, whatever we have adapted to through millions of years during our evolution is what is the most beneficial to us. Fatty red meat and organs have every vitamin/mineral that we need in the portions we need. What we don't need is plants, as they contain a vast variety of toxins that a lot people are highly sensitive to, and there is a lot of debate going around about this topic right now as await further ongoing studies of. While switching to any diet vs the SAD (standard American diet) is almost always beneficial, most people will have the best benefits by switching to a meat based/all meat or carnivore diet.

      Gorillas have the ability to grow( create ) their own protein through the process of fermentation. They have a huge digestive system that essentially acts as a fermentation station.
