  • The summer bar season has officially begun! We kicked things off by working with the tires, which helps condition our wrists for the flat, hard surfaces we’ll be training on later. This serves as a warm-up before jumping into the full routine. As you can see, the heat and humidity made it a bit more challenging to breathe comfortably, but we pushed through. After this warm-up, we took a short break before diving into the main set… (Patreon content).
    I’ve been training with calisthenics for over 20 years, and at 47 years young, I’m still going strong. I welcome your feedback, questions, and suggestions. However, criticism only holds weight when it comes from those with the experience, expertise, and credibility to back up their opinions.
