You’re like a mad scientist when it comes to these routines. The way you come up with them is brilliant.

What's good zef, I hope all is well. Use to watch you back in the day n now circling back again on the grind to get up to 30 pull ups. I was wondering if you could take a few mins in one of your near future videos to break down your pull up form. From the movment mechanics itself to your thought process while performing higher reps. I can do 15-20 clean reps but there controlled, I struggle to get in a rhythm when tryna do endurance routines. I like how you can get in a smooth rhythm while not Kipping and not swinging back and forth. It would be dope to see you break that down a little bit and sure others would love it as well. Hope this message reaches you, keep grinding, you're an inspiration 🙏

@@DavidColeman-o1e Do shorter routines that you can handle or copy this same routine at the level you can do, 3 pulls, 6 pushups, 4 dips then do 4 pulls, 8 pushups, 5 dips and so on, progress by upping all of them week to week and eventually you'll have the endurance and strength for some of these routines

@@zefzakaveli i can hold front lever for 7-9 sec now but the problem is i cant hold it for longer than 2 sec after smooth raise to the position so i usually go from tuck lever to full front lever. Should i just keep holding it and increase the duration to a more solid time like 15 sec or just do more attempts to hold it as long as i can via the raise? Thank you
