rotor or shaft error, or there is a problem with the shaft tires, it would be worth replacing them. some people also glue the rubber bushing to the shaft and this reduces the resonance and the gears work fine.

@@shuggiemcg1 He talks a lot about anaerobic bacteria but I've yet to talk to anyone who has achieved anaerobic bacteria colonies in their canister filters...it simply doesn't happen. You need a large sump with multiple sections so that you can dedicate one with very low flow. Even if you do achieve anaerobic bacteria, it will take 6 months minimum.

My Sunsun HW-3000 takes twice energy (32W on 1. gear, 65W on 6. gear, 18W UVC lamp) than declared. Volume capacity 1200 l/h at 6. gear.

Where can I get the replacment filter pads, I am looking for both coarse and fine pads.
I don't know if you realized or found an answer but the same pads that fit the 304, 404 and 704 fit the 3000.
