Hi there, I’m newly interested in watches - why would someone purchase this over a kuoe for example? I wonder where the huge price different goes in terms of feel, material and performance
There is a big difference in quality. It's like comparing a cheap pair of shoes from Walmart to a pair of Nike basketball shoes. They may look similar. But they will feel different when you try them on.
It's just a little bit too small, this watch. 42mm would have been perfect. This size - though it's supposed to be military - is too girlie. And that's the only reason I don't buy it. For the rest, I REALLY love the watch!
AND If this would be launched at 42mm, maybe YOU say "OMG this is toooo big why they put BIG size at the OLD small pilot watch~ that's why I dont buy it~ XD"
Had for a year . Most exciting watch i own . Just beautiful often receive compliments. Feels very solid and quality on the wrist

Hate to sound like a snob but the “s” on the end of Longines is silent.

It's a good size. About perfect for under 7.5 inch wrists.
It's supposed to look like a vintage watch. Watches used to be smaller. Decades ago, it was normal for watches to be anywhere from 34mm to 36mm.
