Two years of mistakenly using no contact. Reached out last week to give her some things back. She opted to meet in person. I asked if she'd like to meet again. She said no thank you, wish you well. Ouch.
My girl left me almost 3 months ago, she found herself a new boyfriend before she dumped me, and moved right in with him. I got so broken and did all the things I should never do. Wish I had found you before I did all those things. She has blocked me everywhere without on Facebook. But my problem is that she has begun to spread rumors about me stalking and stealing from her, but I haven't taken anything from her, she still has some of my things, but I haven't been taking anything and I've not stalked her, but we have seen each other in the store etc.. but we live in the same city and I can't stop going to the store just because she may be there. I miss her and I really want her back, but I don't know what to do. I havent heard or texted her in 3 weeks now

I was in a 3years reactionship, we lived together fr a year and I had to move for a Phd. She broke up with me 2months ago telling me she hoped we were going to have a second chance at some point. And said it again a bit over a month ago (we were still talking a little bit). When I got my stuff back two weeks ago she told me she had moved on from the break up and saw us as friends. Which led me to crying, and telling her everything I understood about the breakup and how I was changing for the better (neediness and lack of confidence). I started no contact and she reach out yesterday to thank me for one of her things I had mailed her, asked how I was doing and that's it. She still has my nickname on Facebook and last time we saw each other she said she was going to miss me and thought I was the one when we started dating. She also had one of my love letters on her fridge but said she just didn't realize it. I have absolutely no idea what my next move should be? Could you please give me your opinion?

I wouldnt want her to think that if I start seeing someone else that I no longer want to be with her and in doing that push her closer to the other guy. Currently taking my brother in laws advice and not being clingy. Giving space but maintaining some contact.
@@SelfHealersNutrition my brother in law told me to do something similar. He and my sister went through it hard and he said the more he distanced himself by not giving a s the more she came back. I'm not gonna date because right now it's hard for a guy to take a girl out but I am going to stop chasing and focus on myself and my daughter.

But if you want her back you have to appear you are strong enough without her. It works trust me. The hardest part is what to do when she contacts you. Prepare yourself for that. Because you need to splash to be a confident take it or leave it man. Even though you want her back inside.
