I’m not concerned about my ex anymore nor the mixed signals I get from other men. My standards have been reset, shifted, and become nonnegotiable. Low effort men can keep it moving. No agenda here but real honest and genuine connection with simultaneous consistency. An EX is an EXIT! Especially when they break up with you!

There's quite an art to building up a connection. Especially when you pit reality against expectations people have from social and popular media (movies, songs, books and so on)... I wonder what Clay thinks about people's ability in general to form those connections and what may make it difficult in the first place.
No idea what i want from my ex, its been a year very minimal contact hope she is well, dealing with my own health issues so she is no longer a priority but still think of her occasionally
Things may seem uncertain for now. It's totally fine if you are focusing on your health concerns for now and maybe once that area in your life had settled, that's the time you can decide on what road to take with your ex.

Hi Clay, thanks for that video. It makes complete sense to me and explains quite some behaviour of hers. She all of sudden pulled back when I started to direct us to that common futur she actually was longing for 4 years ago. We had a quite a discussion some time later about a for me meaningless thing, but for her it seemed an absolutely no go. She told me that she needed to let me go. Then shortly later, she got the news of having cancer and alll of a sudden it felt like a new beginning. Everything was like that breakup never happened, until mid of last year. I probably became to pushing about our common futur. Since then we're like on a roller coaster and since a couple of weeks she pulled almost entirely away. There are no feelings or emotions anymore, almost no communication. All this started after I asked her where we stand and what's happenin here. It seems that I did not listen carefully enough to our last conversations. Hopefully I can turn her negativ feelings back to the happy and positiv ones, the ones we had almost all the time before. I love that woman like crazy, she is so amazing, sweet, funny, smart and full of love. Your channel is amazing and helping me a lot. You're really good man. Thanks for all of your insight explanatios. .
I broke up with my ex because the relationship was one sided, she was scared to love and was petty. I love her but idk if I should go back to her. We both hurt each other and are not in such good terms. Idk what to do? I wanna go back with her but at the same time idk if she’s changed and will give me a 2nd chance. I need some plz
But what if they are in a rebound relationship still contact me and want to meet up and take things slow and talking about having babies together??? Anyone Please answer He never left since the beginning of his rebound relationship he still been showing up and getting in contact with me
