hey i am only just learning but from what i found Lent gives breaks on Sundays. the lack of concentration, irritability, all that jazz is likely due to passing the 72 hour fast mark. but yeah, its Sunday. make yourself a Sunday sammich & slowly savour it. i respect what you're trying to do but it may go beyond what is medically safe. at least give your doctor a heads up so they can check your vitals. be well, friend.

I appreciate your concern dear friend . I know Sundays are free to indulge but I’m not doing that . I’m doing this to save my life and it’s been years and years in the making. I have spent countless years doing research on fasting and nutrition and eating disorders and my path has led me here to this plan with Christ hand in hand and I know I’ll come out safe and renewed ❤ thank you for your view and support ❤❤
