Hi Rahdo, in your Klingon subtitles you mentioned “forgot to tap the ice quarry” (19:20). I’m not really sure if we need to exhaust the field location during Harvest action.
Beautiful video!! Just a question.... i dont understand how works the card #176 in the Glenn Clan deck. It shows to be played either as a food field or as an upgrade to a food field, but since there are no other food field cards in thst whole deck i wonder when you would be able to use the upgrade ability. How does thid card work?
sorry it's beena while since i played. if you ask here: boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/270844/imperial-settlers-empires-north/forums/66 you're sure to get a reply
Do you have Klingon subtitles on? I"m not sure what point in the video you are reviewing to but if he made a mistake Paulo would have made a note in Klingon.
i dunno...the choices and decisions look as interesting and neat as you'd expect but...it's not really clicking with me. with the rondell being seperated from the rest of the board, everything feels kinda disjointed and VERY mechanical, just a little soulless. definitely a 'try before you buy' for me. as always, thank you for the great runthrough!
15:40 FROZEN T REX at this point i decide i need the game.....

When you use the action couter twice do you have to use the apple token?

Rahdo thanks for the great Run through. Do you know when you will be doing Tapestry?
yes i do know, but i'm under a strict embargo, so i'm not allowed to talk about it until it happens! :)
ok, i can't talk about it right now, but the designer of the game can, so here's your answer: www.boardgamegeek.com/article/32718454#32718454 :)
Thanks. Look forward to it.
Looks interesting, but I prefer the visual tableau building of the original imperial settlers. Thanks Rahdo.
yup, totally understandable. tbh i normally prefer a more rigid and structured approach myself, but i'm just so happy that empires works for us! :)
10:21 “A monkey in the wrench”, Richard?
it's a die hard quote :)

Soulless was my exact thought. Can't quite put my finger on it, but yeah, not for me.
