    Nice! Actual light exercise can speed up recovery of sickness and injurie. As long as you don't hurt yourself and make it worse. I like the shades

    If you have a recent patched injury to your limbs or column it's really a bad idea to strain yourself even in the sake of fun.

      +johnny chang Yeah, I think this video makes it look a lot more extreme than it was. I walked at an absolute snail's pace. purposefully not elevating my breathing or heart rate. It was more of a photography excursion

    You seem to have an american accent at times during this video... is that deliberate? Do you just naturally absorb the NY accent while you're there?
