RH Farm is a Nonprofit dedicated to the rescue, care and rehabilitation of abused, neglected or slaughter bound horses. We accept surrenders, pull from auction and other avenues of rescue. We work very hard to find them a forever home, and a better future.
We are self-funded (as a loss) at the moment. With your donation we can save more horses from slaughter, rehabilitate neglected ponies and help equines in need find the love they deserve.

Bold Ruler was Secretariats father, and Something Royal his mom. Both were good racers back then. But of course nothing like Big Red. Thankyou for the story it is great to his blood line still out there.

I'm so glad they surrendered them to you rather than try and get the last $ out of them at auction..yes they were in a sorry state but at least not going to slaughter..its a shame about the mare...but the 🌈 bridge was the only kind option putting everything together..very sad but she is out of her pain now. It was great to see them after you had worked with them they look so happy..having something to do which keeps them stimulated and not just running around a field all day..great video

Keep a bottle of detangler with you for burrs in tails and manes. It works like a charm in most cases. I just rescued a little stallion a couple of months ago. Had him a whole four days before he was gelded. I mainly got him to be a companion to my stallion, but at 12 years of age (same as your guy), he's just been a stallion for too long to give up the attitude easily. I'll be trying to find a good home for him after he gets to a good weight and I work with him some more, but he may give up the attitude and he'll have a home with us for life, as I had originally planned. Time will tell. Good luck with yours, but that little bay will hardly need luck. He's a nice little guy and I doubt if he has any trouble finding his forever home.

If the horses were so neglected, that poor dog barking in the background has to be starving as well.

Thank goodness she held out and at least foaled at home. Lots of stress I am sure. Probably a bit early but baby looks happy and healthy and I am thinking this was not her first foal. But congratulations - she is absolutely adorable 🎉

❤ I would just like to say what you guys do as a whole is just a beautiful thing it's hard to watch on some of them I've been crying for the moment but I know it was for the best but the horses are beautiful it's sad that people be selfish but it's okay because now you've made them have a better life and what you do you save horses and I'm a person that loves horses but I don't have money or I would have a big farm too and save as many as I can so I just want to thank you so much we need more people in the world like you in a hole not just saving horses but just ginuwine people cutting people in this world is full of hate but I thank you for having the heart you all do ❤❤

I enjoyed this video seeing the deplorable situation of these horses , moving through the thought process of what to do, seeing you giving them vet care and spa day, until the awesome transformation at the end, with that beautiful gelding aka former stallion, under saddle looking fantastic. The first trail ride with Gus; your rescue is wonderful; I appreciate your efforts and look forward to other videos.

I hear a dog barking in the background. Sure hope it wasn't tied up and neglected like the horses.
